Please help with camping!!

Hey all, I'm desperately looking for any way to get 3 people camped out in any of the campgrounds. It's our first time, and long story but we thought we couldn't come and now we can. I've been looking for a week for camping tickets but no go so far. Don't know if anyone is willing but maybe if we can pitch a tent or something on any extra space that would be awesome!! It's myself (31 yr girl), my boyfriend and our friend (another guy). We're really chill and just looking to have a good time

You MUST have a camping pass for each person in order to stay over. Each camping pass is for an 8x8 space regardless of whether you are sharing a tent. They're regular priced $50 each but they're sold out. Check the ticket forum, or Craigslist for sellers. I ended up shelling out $100 per camping pass from a scalper, so I wish you the best of luck in finding them cheaper!

Thanks v much for the info. Been checking craigslist and this site... I've found people selling camping passes/wristbands. If we show up with a wristband can we get a camping spot? Or is this different than the ticket? It seems I've found the wristbands but so far every ticket has been sold! Eeekkk!

A Forum Camping Pass is what you need to tent camp. That will get you a spot. One needed for each person. It's not a wristband. They aren't handing those out this year until you arrive.

And there's a difference between a people pass and a camping ticket. The people pass will let you in the camp ground, but will NOT get you a spot to camp and you can't stay the night. So it's just for partyin and those are the same price ($50). Check the different Craigslist areas (orange county, san diego, inland empire, and los angeles) for tickets. Good luck!
