Yep! We are actually leaving tonight and making a road trip out of it...stopping in LA and hitting up a few beaches tomorrow and friday then heading to indio after that. NOT looking forward to sitting in a car for 16hrs but we are soo excited to get there and start partying!

I've never even been to Frozen Fury. I have always wanted too though...and I haven't been to Vegas in a while. I will definitely have to look into it!!

The L.A. Kings play a pre-season game in Las Vegas, at the MGM Grand, every year. This year it is September 27th.

Haha, no worries. Frozen Fury is a pre-season Kings game, generally against the Colorado Avalanche. It's held in Vegas toward the end of September at the MGM. Hockey and Vegas. Simple enough!

Yes, it is a trip! I finally got to go last year because FF was on a Saturday that USC wasn't playing. I think that was the biggest collection of "interesting" people I've ever seen. I don't know if the freakishness was due to the fact that they were Kings fans or that I was mostly hanging out with LGK folks.

FF is where I met Nicole and Carly, and we didn't realize we were all on SCMB until halfway through the night. We hung out at the one country bar in Vegas which wasn't the greatest place but allowed us to get our country fix and drinks.

Dixie's something-something in the Hooters Casino and Hotel. The first night was more fun...I think the 2nd night wasn't was because we had some non-country fans with us and someone who doesn't like beer...I know, I know!

But seeing the food court and walkway to the game is ridiculous! This year was a little more uneventful though because the team didn't stay in Vegas like in years past, but it's still unreal!
