Help! Arrival Question

Hi, 1st year at Stagecoach and I need some help!

Our group is camping in ED2 and we'll be arriving Friday morning. There are 6 of us (each using a camping wristband that came with our RV package) and 5 of us will be arriving together. So here is my question:

My husband is going to be meeting us out there Friday evening. He's going to need to park in the offsite parking. However it says he will need to show his wristband to recieve a parking pass, but since he is not arriving with us, he won't have his wristband until he comes to our campsite.

Also, should I leave him his ticket to take with or do I have to have it at the time of our check-in in order to get his wristband (ie-we need 6 wristbands at time of check in but will only have 5 tickets with us).

Any help would be much appreciated. I've looked all over for an informational hotline number and couldn't find anything... :eek:

Ok first and foremost you are going to want to take all tickets to recieve all 6 wristbands at time of check in.
As far as him arriving at a different time...You will want to meet iwth him to give him his wristband for camping so he is able to park in the overnight camping parking.

I have a question. if we are meeting late arrivals, and need to give the wristbands.. WHERE are we supposed to meet them?? Not really sure I remember how we did that last year.

You don't need the concert ticket to get the wristbands...the wristbands come with the RV camping ticket so thats what you need.

Since you are arriving ahead of time, scope out the grounds to find a meeting spot for your late arrival to meet you at. Obviously something easy to spot near one of the entrances to the camping areas....there is a road going between the camping grounds (check the map on the website) and you don't need your ticket at that point. Your late arrival can give you a ring when they are a few mintues out and you can meet them to hand them their wristbands.....Last 2 years they were letting people park their cars there, along that road for 20-30 minutes, kind of like an unloading/loading area only.
