So im new to CA and new to the whole stagecoach thing. I got a hotel to stay at but wanted to know where to go to meet new people? I'd love to hang out with a cool group of people who love country music and enjoy having a great time. I've read some postings about people meeting at campsites and what not, but I have no idea where that would be. Any one want to show this "newbie" the ropes?:o

First Ya Need To Get A "People Pass" Wristband...Then Check The Festival Map From The Stagecoach Home Page To Get The Location Of Campground Area :) There Is Also A Group Of "non-campers" Meeting At A Place Called Jackalope??? Check Previous Threads For The Details On That :)

Look for the people on Saturday that are wearing the "What Happens at Stagecoach....Stays at Stagecoach" t-shirst and tanks. They'll be people from these here boards.

I'm new to the whole Stagecoach scene too....but ALL of the people on the forum are really friendly so that's what I have come to expect of this weekend. I'll probably be floating around to whoever wants my company (or doesn't)... If you find yourself in El Dorado 2 I'll be there and I'm always open to new faces :) I'm not bringing any friends so I'm hoping somebody will adopt me as their new SC buddy.

Sorry it took me all day to respond. Working night shift puts me on the opposite schedule as most people. What are the people passes? Is it too late to buy them online? I will look for that post on people who are not camping, though it seems like the most fun will be had in the camping area. I will be on the lookout for people in tanks. I missed out on that one...decided too late that I wanted to go even if it meant going by myself. Can't wait till saturday!

If you are camping in the Forum tent campground it is a camping pass.
If you are camping in the Rv lots it is a people pass.
Either one sells retail for $50. Tent camping is sold out.
You can check here, ebay, craigslist for people selling either one. They may charge more or include the Ticket Master fees they paid.
To enter any of the campsites, you have to have one. It doesn't matter which one.
To stay in a campsite, you have to have the pass for that campsite. An Rv lot would need a people pass and Forum would need a camping pass.
The website has a map on the camping page that shows you where all the lots are.

No. Ticket Master. It should be a Ticket Master ticket. That's what they sent out this year. We turn them in when we get there for our wristbands.
