And I didn't think Taylor should have won for album of the year but I really loved how shocked and excited she was to win.

I'm also glad Carrie was able to manage a few words of thanks after she won entertainer of the year. When she said "I got nothing" I thought she better thank someone or she'll be the first person to win the biggest award of the night and "have nothing." lol

I didn't understand what the heck Jennifer Nettles was rambling about kids and moms and all that. I think it was after they got the milestone award.

Overall I thought it was a great show.

LOVED the awards last night and cried my eyes out during Trace's performance..i lost my high school sweetheart to the war and seeing those soldiers i cried like a baby! So happy Carrie won..she had an awesome year last year and i think shes great....also loved Taylors reaction...i do not think shes a great singer but i read she sold more records then anyone in any genre so good for her! I saw Kellie Pickler, Leann Rimes and Zac Brown Band on Freemont saturday night and i can NOT wait to see ZBB at stagecoach, they were amazing....loved Leann too...3rd time seeing her and that girl always brings me to tears with that voice!

Taylor certainly can sell those records, I just think she is too manufactured. Her daddy bought her way into fame with 3 million dollars... I guess Swift Trucking did very well for him. Its just too bad that she is at best a mediocre singer, when you listen to her live performances it's just so so... nothin great... I guess that's what autotuners in the studios are for...

The ACM's were great though, what a great show!!! Finally one that I couldn't change the channel on... very cool!

Yeah - they leave this information out on the shows about her! Always says she was just a persistent little kid who wanted to be a star! Haha. Funny how that version of the story sounds better than a "3 million dollar golden ticket from daddy".

i got home earlier today! the ACMs were awesome, this was my second year going and it was totally worth it!

the all star jam was amazing, they had people playing till 2AM!

and the george strait show was a once in a lifetime show (yall missed out)

Wow...I was just talking to some people about this. She is amazing in the sense that the boppers love her and that is what sells. They don't have the ear for good music/voice/talent...just the act that their managers make them put on. AWESOME and they are laughing all the way to the bank. But to see the actually talented artists loose out...now that just sucks!!:mad: Maybe they need a new category: Best Alternative/pop country artist:D
