I have a ticket to camp in ED I but I'm not sure I understand what a "Tow Pass" is. Could you elaborate for me? Is it something I need in ADDITION to the RV spot? Thanks for you help.

An Tow Pass is basically this...say you own an RV and you tow a tool around car behind it...many snowbirds do this...then you need a tow pass. It is just an extra vehicle.
The RV itself is your RV pass, and also if you are pulling a trailer or 5th wheel...you do NOT need a tow pass for the truck pulling it..it is the RV ticket also.
The tow pass is for the 2ND steering wheel you bring into your spot.
