FF - not only could we have sold them all day on Saturday it looks like people still want to buy them AFTER the festival.

They were a very big hit...not only with us but everybody kept stopping me asking where could they buy the shirt at? When I told them they couldn't and it was custom designed for the festival by a SCMB person, most of the comments were that it should have been for sale and they would have sold out.

It was fun and made for even more memories for SC09

Yes I was in the room. CMA days come in three waves. About 10am-6pm then 8pm-12am then 12am-3am. There has to be down time in the room or you just might die from exhaustion. I'm exhausted as it is (almost 4am right now) and suspect I won't be able to talk again until Wed or Thu at the earliest. But man am I having fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I may need a reminder, but I definitely will. I've been at it three years now so I won't forget the suggestions and tips. I'll just forget the stories about what happened.

As for arranging a group trip... Planning a group trip like that to Nashville is not in my wheelhouse, I have enough trouble booking my own trip. If I was such a lazy ass I'd get a hotel in downtown but I always wait too long. Downtown hotel reservations are a huge benefit but in three years I've never pulled it off :(

The friend I came with left today because he couldn't stay the extra days for the awards show. So I'm on my own and hanging with others I met here for the next couple of days.

I'll get an idea of options and cost. I think I have a pretty good idea of what works and what to avoid. Accurrate sizing is key, since we don't have the option of trying them on. And I do not want a tank top that has that tight stitching along the hem !!

i got one of the best tans of my life last year! the first two stagecoaches i had my bikini top on with my shorts rolled like bikini bottoms. this year, i said "F-It!" and laid around camp in my bikini all day and walked up to the concert in my bikini and stayed that way til the sun went down. it was all fine and dandy til the bf and i got into a fight and he walked off with the backpack with my clothes...oh and my CELL PHONE AND RV KEYS so I couldn't do anything! no money to get a sweatshirt, no way to call anyone for money, and couldnt go back to the RV for clothes. Ass! But I was so tan it was awesome! I didn't even care that I was half naked. I was too drunk too care. By the time the alcohol wore off, so did the sun and I was back into my jeans and sweatshirt!

Ok y'all.. heres the 2010 design....I previewed it last Friday at Brad Paisely, showed it to Karena, Kat and Lisa.. got the thumbs up so here goes..
Tank tops- Teal with brown lettering. pic may look "green", but actually is a turquoise-teal-blue, color gets distorted with format changes. When I get a sample shirt, I'll post a pic of the actual shirt. trust me.. its TEAL!! And the brown lettering and shirt is a true brown.
T-shirts- brown with teal lettering.
Note the phrasing for this year... kind of catchy.

The tanks are a nice quality, vivid teal color, much truer to size than last year :), with no bottom banding. Available to 2xl. The lettering will be a really nice brown.
The T's are also a good quality shirt, chocolate brown with the teal lettering, extended sizing available.
White lettering was an option, but it seems there's more of a response to the colored lettering.
Cost- $20 each. I want to make it simple and affordable. This includes all the lay out, set up printing fees, AND mailing costs. (there is no profit )
Paypal was convenient last year, so that too will be an option ( more on payment, later)
At this point I am just trying to get an idea of how many and what sizes we're interested in. Minimum order is 72.. we exceeded that last year.
Send me a PM, or an email at nancmac1@aol with just an idea of how many and size of which shirt you may want.. tanktop or t- shirt. When it comes time to actually order them, I'll post again.

I LOVE it! Nancy, you're such a rockstar! As far as the thumbnail color goes (I'm trying to picture it in teal), the brown lettering is easier to see, but I'm not sure - which do you think is easier to see on the actual color of the tank? I love the saying! So cute I may take a tank for SC and a shirt to sleep in or for the gym!

One of the challenges has been to find a nice quality tank top for the girls in the size range, price range and color we want. I improved the quality of the tank top for you ladies, and I think you'll be happy. Guys, you are easlier to "dress"...you'll be good.
Color-
Tank Tops- Turquiose, with brown lettering. Sharp! sizes available Small to 2XL. ( use the same size you would when buying an Old Navy tank top)
T shirts- Brown with ??? Turquoise or white...you decide. majority rules. Let me know your preference when ordering. ( It is possible to order all with Turquiose initially, then perhaps another order with all white lettering. ) t shirts up to 3xl.

Cost- have to keep it easy...$20 each / same as last year. That includes everything.

Payment- Easy way to pay is via Pay Pal. Worked well last year. Sign on, establish an account, send payment to my account- nancmac1@aol.com. You will have the option of sending a note with payment, please indicate what you want- tank, t shirt, how many and what sizes. Also let me know if you prefer white or turquoise lettering on the t shirts. ( not an option on the tank tops) Please include your phone number in case I need to call you. Make sure your address is correct on your pay pal account. That will be the address used to mail the shirts to you.

Well, I know I bought the official Stagecoach Festival tank top, and I think it was $25, I am pretty sure that tank top sold out early on. This tank top (and t shirt) is for the Stagecoach Forum members, and is not a vendor item.
