We donated a "we come and cook Ribs at your casa" dinner to the wife's school
Its for 24 people with sides........... Nice lil fundraiser for the Parents club
Two Families wanted it and bidding was strong
I get a call "would you do two dinners?" Yes OK
$1500 a pop Ribs and sides for 24
LOL I know its because of the school getting the money
But it sure makes us feel good
We are going to do 4 styles of Ribs
Smokey Mac and Cheese,
Kathy's Championship Baked Beans,
Green Salad and flaming Cheese bread
Cobbler A-la-Mode for Desert

Bummed I missed the event on Sat morning ... Like I told ya something was bound to come up and I had a huge deal I HAD to attend.

I will be out in Indio Tuesday night .. A friend of mine's fam just bought a timeshare out there... Should be interesting! ;)
