...and strictly enforced?

we have a 10' x 10' ez-up for shade, we'll have only two people camping, allowing us 8' x 16', making our space too small on one side... or is it total space used?

seems like we need to leave the ol' ez-up behind, eh???

are we even allowed to put shade structures?

Yeah, they were marked last time, just like the RV spots were with white chalk if I remember correctly.

Well, if you do bring it...bring stakes to tie it down good!! can you put part of your tent under it...like right at the door...there were a lot of ez-ups..your neighbors will probably be cool about it and probably love you for some shade. it all works out...people put tents right next to each other to allow for more "foot space" and some right in the center from what I saw.

IHML....HTA...did you have an ez up?

I didn't have one but I saw a TON of them. I'm going with the beach umbrella with stand. Cheap and within regs.;)

I saw lots of people with the shade thing up. In fact, we are bringing one this year. It was desperately needed last year. We had five people last year and they gave us some extra room without realizing it I think. We just shared the extra space with the guys next to us. It was one happy family!

From what I can remember - the rows were in groups of two (hard to explain in text - but I could draw a picture - haha) - with a little bit of walking space on each side. For example - if you had 4 people - you'd have a 16x16 block all conncected - but with a walkway on at least one side...if that makes any sense!?

I think you'll probably be ok if you go just a little over on one end!

There were a lot of EZ ups, but be sure to put it down if the wind picks up. I saw some blow over and rip tents and others that just bent in half. Be sure to secure it. :)
I am sure your neighbors would love the shade.

What would be ideal would be a space on the end of the row like I had last year. Then it wouldn't matter cause you're not in the walkway/firelane thingy.....place......whatever.
