EDI camping pass and 1976 Apollo 30' RV for sale $2000. The city is harrassing me for parking it in my front yard & I just give up. :( The RV runs buts needs alot of work.

scarr....you're still coming to stagecoach aren't you?? you might be able to seel each individually. btw...my son works in fullerton...tell me, is your MR parked on the street? and have you been ticketed by the FPD?

I don't know what I'm doing. It was parked on my front lawn & the "city preservation" lady made me move it to a hard surface spot which I made out of decomposed granite in the spot that she told me to put it. Now she still doesn't like where it is at. She previously threatened to fine me $100 a day. :(

Haha Kudos for her asking you to get it off your lawn silly! But dang...you did what she said and still not happy? ughhh Sorry to hear that after you finally got this thing. If you sell it, then you can just rent a nice one for sc!! :D

hey scarr they have some similar rules in the cities here in the coachella valley, what if you put pavers down, maybe that would work?

We have to have ours on the side yard behind the gates. We are allowed 48 hours to put it on the street to pack/unpack for traveling and cleaning etc. Our town has CC&R's, we arent a homeowners assoc either. Waiting to become a city, but we do have CC&R's and I am happy to have them. But it is amazing how many people get away with it. I got a warning about a small flatbed trailer to haul my sons quads on and told to move it asap!
Scar, see what your citie's rules are. Maybe this person is talking out their arse and you are allowed to leave it on pavers/gravel etc! Don't just go by what she says
The reason I say that is I also got a code violation for my low voltage lights around my pool (had to be my new neighbors cuz i have no one behind me and only my two neighbors can see them from their upstairs).
Well, anyway, amazyingly enough the code violation chick tells me I need to remove them! I research and research, drive to the city hall, and luckily I get the top city planner at the front desk, he started laughing so hard that I was written up for this! He told me that as long as my elect box that powered it was a certain type and 10' away from the waters edge they were ok. So I had to her this chick call him to get proof or I had to remove them!
So it goes to show that these code violation writers don't know crap! She even told me that she just receives the complaints and writes them up and it isnt up to her to research them!! WTF????? Love to see my city money go to moron's!!
