March 20 is a Friday ... So it would be March 21st correct? I went to culinary school and may be interested in signing up, don't know much about BBQ but would love to learn, I studied French cuisine. Is there a website with more information?

Its a lot of fun and there are events all over the country where you can judge
The System is not difficult to learn. Its always refreshed for you each event
You will learn the difference between Great BBQ and that which is just OK
OK is what you get in most BBQ Restaurants
Judges also get invited to the Cooks Pot Lucks we do. INCREDABILE Food

Sorry Thom, I did look on your sight and didn't see it. Out of everybody around here you should be able to advertise your events/venues since you are part of Stagecoach.

With that I gotta add....when are you doing an event in L.A.???

Thom

LA County Health is VERY difficult to work with
They killed two events a couple of years ago
I did not go back
