2 Extra Camping Wristbands

But...the problem I see is that you don't even get the bands until you pull in, so you can't really "pre-sale" them unless it is someone you know and they trust you to actually hand them over at the gate entrance. Not sure how this will work out for most
I mean, if you sell them to an e-bayer..how are you going to hook up, guarantee they get them from you since you already have their money?

If we paid for wristbands (which we did) then they should have arrived WITH the ticket that we already received. WE should then decide what WE want to do with the wristbands. GV is playing a little game with us with the wristbands....first we HAD to pay for more than many of us needed....but we went along with it. But now GV is deciding WHEN we get them preventing us from rightfully transferring them to others. Either by resale, or giving them to later arrivals. What gives with that? Doubtful that any of us are going to sell them for much more than we paid initially, but I would like the option to decide that on my own. In 08 we were just looking to obtain-buy extras...we didn't pay more than face value, but it was easy having that taken care of before the event. It will be a nightmare trying to meet up with some one to transfer these wristbands. We had enough trouble meeting up with those of us in our own group!!
C'mon Goldenvoice...lighten up. Send us the wristbands.

Come on Cooter!!...we all know they are not a bonus! IF that were true, the camping would be $350 with 8 passes for EDI. It is just done this way to make it easier to sell the whole package without the hassle.

We have ours in hand because there is 7 of us and we bought 3 extras on top of our EDII RV pass which comes with 6 bands (we thought is was four) so I have two printed tickets in hand that I can mail today if somebody wants them.

You cant tent camp in the forum unless you purchase a tent camp wristband.

Extra RV wristbands will allow you to visit people there, not camp there.

We all know when we purchased the RV camping pass that we were also purchasing the wristbands, we got it ....that is not the dispute here. We are disputing GV decision to withhold the wristband distribution rather than send them out with the parking pass ticket we paid for.

Yes EDII is an exceptional price..but come on, you think it costs $850.00 to provide elect for an RV for 4 days? Yes I know there is also the space rent...ect. but I know as fact that the price reflects some passes also as a "package" deal...not a bonus!!

you want closer seats at a show, you pay more. you want to live near the beach, you pay more. to me staying in ed1 is along those lines. you want to be closer to the entrance, that is a luxury, you pay more. ed1 is prime real estate that weekend and the price reflects that.

But it isn't a BONUS if you don't have 7 of your closest friends to offset the cost by purchasing your extra wristbands. How would you feel if you and I both paid $750 bucks for the same really great seats to a show, but I brought 7 of my friends, and charged them $50 each and they all got to sit with me, while you still had to fork out the 750, it only really cost me 400...how does that make ANY SENSE??? And by your argument, you are saying you are ok with that.....you do realize that, don't you?
