Flying from Torrance to St. George, UT to visit my folks. They retired there a few years ago so I'm still getting used to traveling for the holidays. Sadly, there won't be any red cups around in Utah. =(

Another Torrance person here - yay! :)
I'll be walking 2 blocks to my Grandma's house for Thanksgiving. Then one of my cousins and I are supposed to go out to Disneyland after dinner - and meet up with my other cousin with some leftover Thanksgiving food (if I can get it into Disneyland) since she has to work (at a restaurant just a few miles from D-land) until 9pm that day.

Evan Williams is definetly the way to go if you're on a budget. Kessler's isn't too bad either. I tried Old Crow once. I think I made one drink with it and poured the rest in my gas tank. Total gut rot that stuff is.

Regular Evan Williams 7 year is good for a budget. i liek it better than Jack Daniels.
Have you ever had Evan Singel Barrel? I think it's aged 10-12 years and is delicious.
I also like Willie's Whiskey River.
But Booker's has to be the best in my book, when i can afford it...

Never had the single barrel Evan. I'll have to make a trip to BevMo and get me some. Crown and Pendelton are the best I've had thus far. Jack Daniels is just plain gross. I had a couple of bad experiences with Jack so I leave him alone now.

The concert was good but it cost $193.50 for 2 seats in the nosebleed section 10 rows from the top and we had to pay $20 to park way out in the sticks. A 16 oz. beer was $9 - Sheeeshhhh! Almost as bad as StageCoach prices. LOL
On the way out at midnite it was pouring rain with low visibility and the parking lots have no marking signs. We got lost (as well as many, many other people) and got very drenched wandering around until we found the car.
I got less than 4 hours of sleep last nite so I hope I can stay awake for the naughty party tonite. Oh well, I can sleep when I die. LOL

Wish we could make it but today is the day we do our turkey. We started this tradition about 10 years ago. It is the last chance for all of our friends that we consider family to get together before running around to the in laws etc. It started with a bunch of us as singles now we are all married with kids. What was 6 of us is now more like 35!! It is always a fun time but we are sorry to miss out on Justice Daniels... maybe next time! Hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving!
