I love these cookies, they get gobbled up really fast. My grandma taught me how to make these when I was little.
Walnut Crescents
3 1/4 Cups GOLD MEDAL ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
3/4 Tsp. GROUND CINNAMON
1 1/2 Cup MARGERINE OR BUTTER, SOFTENED
3/4 Cup KARO LIGHT CORN SYRUP
1 Tblsp VANILLA
2 1/4 Cup GROUND WALNUTS
1 1/2 Cups POWDERED SUGAR
MIX FLOUR AND CINNAMON; SET ASIDE. BEAT MARGERINE, CORN SYRUP AND VANILLA IN LARGE BOWL ON MEDIUM SPEED UNTIL WELL BLENDED. STIR IN FLOUR MIXTURE AND WALNUTS. COVER AND REFRIGERATE UNTIL CHILLED AND EASY TO HANDLE, AT LEAST THREE HOURS.
SHAPE DOUGH BY ROUNDED TEASPOONFULLS INTO ROLLS, 2 INCHES LONG. PLACE 2" APART ON COOKIE SHEET, SHAPING TO FORM CRESCENTS. BAKE UNTIL LIGHT BROWN ON BOTTOM (15 TO 18 MINUTES) COOL; THEN ROLL IN POWDERED SUGAR. MAKES 6 DOZEN.

My grandma makes this really yummy cheesy potato casserole. She usually ends up making 2 pans of it because between one of my cousins, my sister, and my nephew, one pan is pretty much gone! haha

I spent a couple hours in my 5th wheel, in the middle of the desert...making a special stuffing. All ready to go, put the pans in my microwave to keep warm.
Dinner, came and went...NO one noticed I completely forgot to put out the stuffing! Great as left overs though!!
Bringing back an old tread started by my missed friend around here horsephotographer. She is LOVING relocating up to Northern California. Happy Thanksgiving to all and please be safe.
I will be going over to Brittney's (miss B) house to share in giving Thanks that she is still alive and getting better each day.

I guess we all miss special friends when they move away.
