I was thinking the same thing. I saw some ticket reseller sites were listing VIP tickets for triple the price  Funny thing is you can still get better VIP tickets through here at the actual cost.

Ebay has 13 posts so far. If you have $8000, you can get eight seats in Section 2 Row B! The lowest set is about $1500. Havent seen any general admission yet.

IMO - you'd be hard pressed to find anyone that actually purchased a P1 seat thru a retailer (TM or otherwise) or agent. those seats are handed out to friends, family, and business partners of sponsors and the like. the people sitting in those seats have SOME kind of connection... and it's not the kind online to ticketmaster!! it's all about who you know. i'm just jealous that this is the one show i don't know ANYONE.... yet.
I'm a friend...I have family...I know business partners...I know some sponsors...I know people. I know Abra! :)
07 SC - Gold circle included: food, drinks, nice portapotties, water for an additional $100.00 from VIP
08 SC - Gold circle included: discounted food & drinks. Nice portapotties & water for an additional $100.00 from VIP (except messed up Friday)
09 SC - nothing extra for an additional $300.00 from VIP
The seat does not justify the additional cost. Of course I've never had the opportunity to go Gold so.....

I just bought El Dorado 2 Ticket for camping. I printed out my ticket from Ticketron. How do you get the camping pass and camping wristbands?

I just checked ebay, they are up to 16 posts now. And GA tickets, for 2 weekend passes they are asking $465!!! Your way better off buying them from TM.

I've worked at retail locations where we had a TM outlet... I've run them myself when tickets have gone on sale.... Gold Circle and tickets of that high desirability, *DO* go in literally SECONDS.. It's frustrating, but you don't need connections (though those never hurt...) you just have to have supremely good luck and somehow be in the lucky 300 out of thousands all trying to get the best seats available....

I have a great idea....
When it gets closer to the day or during the concert lets take a poll of anyone having gold circle...
Question number one?
How did you purchase your gold circle ticket?
Question number two?
Were your seats part of a group or Charity event?
Question number three?
Do you have any family or friends related to the promoters, band members or radio stations?
I'm sure then we can tally all the responses and....Wham..:D:D:D
You will know how they got there tickets...
Who is in on the collection of info?

Kymery, Rose and I met these two little old ladys at the Martina concert in Irvine. Who said the had had Gold Circle in 08. When I told em about our forum they were like we don't have computers. So using my deductive reasoning. My plan for this year was to call in instead, until I saw this years price for GC.

I was really surprised last year when I was able to purchase Gold Circle tickets through the TM pre-sale. I searched for 1 at a time and ended up purchasing 2 on two different transactions.
First time ever that I had gotten good seats for a concert through TM. Sadly though I ended up having to sell them to a fellow Stagecoach board member because my husbands best friend decided to get married that same weekend

Seems like most all of the camping options were still available this morning. I am suprised. I guess those prices are keeping people away for now. Especially before Christmas.

That spammer was all over the place - posting pieces of past posts. Kymery, I think a piece of yours in another bulletin was also posted.
Interesting - Ticketmaster 0 available on American Express. 0 available in P2. Best available P3 is Section 10 row K.
Layaway on here best available is Section 6 row E or Section 8 row C for P2 and for P3 Section 10 row G & Section 11 row B.
I wonder what is going to come up when the layaway tickets get re-circulated for non-payment.
