View Full Version : GV Won't Accept my Credit Card

I tried to purchase ED1 on the layaway plan but it wouldn't accept my Discover card. I put the correct numbers in 9 times and it just says "ERROR: Sorry, your payment was not approved. Please try another Credit Card."
I gave up and bot ED1 thru TicketBastard wit the same card and it was EZ. It was also cheaper but I had to pay in full.
TicketBastard $779.90
GV LayAway $786.90
I will probably has space to rent in my RV. I will definitely have camping passes 4 sale. :D
And you know, this camping spot costs more than I paid for my RV! :eek:

too bad about the credit card. maybe its all those cruises and RV's you've been charging ;)

My card isn't the problem - Ticket Bastard took it with no trouble.
And you know, I'm hopping on the Carnival Paradise this afternoon at 2:00. :D

Cruises are such a great deal nowadays! As long as you can smuggle your own alcohol on board, cruises can be cheaper than staying at home. :D
They found my gf's flask at security and poured it out. :mad: But I had enough to last us both for the whole cruise. No worries!

Just FYI, the GV Layaway site cannon accept Discover card for whatever reason..... You have to use Visa, Mastercard, or Amex...

Even with a valid confirmation number the 1st of two payments have not been taken out of my account. I have contacted GV and am waiting for response.
The fact the space exceeded $800, was hard enough- Now prolonging the agony....?:eek:
Should be tons of fun once all is said and done and we have our hats/buzz on;)

Wow...your FIRST one still isn't out? You better keep contacting them ASAP! Many on here have had their 2nd ones taken out! Good luck! Keep us updated.

WOW!!! Hate to admit this but... The first of two payments was taken out:o-It was scheduled to come out 1/9... but was taken out 12/20. Merry Christmas Baby! :D Now that's bad when you chalk up an entire month to wild Christmas spending...
