I would like to get a handicap parking spot in El Dorado 1, but Ticketmaster does not have a listing for handicap parking. When I click the handicap icon it goes to handicap seating instead. How can I get a spot?

go to stagecoachfestival.com onsite camping page and in el dorado 1 it gives you a link to the ADA form. you fill that out and Ticketmaster will contact you

I have tried that 4 times and it sends me the the handicap SEATS instead of the handicap rv camping. I talked to the ticketmaster lady and she said it does not show a handicap camping on their site. Thanks

No disrespect...but her and I spent 4 hours on this issue and we know first hand..sorry but your info is only 1/2 correct so this poor person is not getting anywhere...you would think you appreciate my experience in this horrible matter I went thru today and heed it as info and pass it on...maybe even thank me!!!?

I dont mean anything by "CHIMING IN" but isnt that what the "reply" button is for?

I know I would appreciate if someone gave me the correct info!!

I just got some emails/pms and ims asking me to go on here and help this person...cuz they arent getting anywhere...sorry for helping..

I was giving correct info.

I agreed with that..to the point of your link. He said the email he is getting back has the wrong requested info. I explained why and what to do about it. You kept re-directing him to the form..he already did that...The link works perfect!! I said that too! Thank you for that. But what you didn't know is that TM was a bunch of idiots and thought they were not on sale...I had to get that corrected..then they were selling them for $850..i also had to get that corrected.

NOT taking any high fives....just stating the fact. I was lucky enough to have a connection to get it corrected for EVERYONE right away!!!

I understand the glitches which is why i explained in earlier post how to get right info in there. if there are further problems I can assist. I have been dealing with this all day via email and PM and ticketmaster and have gotten it straightened out for multiple people.

thank you for sharing your particular bad experience. We are hoping that wont keep happening.

Hi, all. Does anyone know how many handicap RV spots are available for purchase through Ticketmaster and how the campsites are handled? We wouldn't be arriving until Friday night and I wanted to make sure our spot is reserved and not open for first come first serve to anyone with a placard who may not have purchased "handicap" camping.
Thanks!

Did you already buy yours?
Here is my guess....as I bought on too. They have an alloted amount of them and they will sell till sold out. Yes, it is first come first serve as to where you line up only. If you paid for a handicap spot..you get one.

BUTTTT...I will preface that with last years SC08 caos...where they oversold the EDI spots and sent the left overs to the family lot. Pray they got it together this year and that doesnt happen again. I am getting there Thurs when they open the gates (as usual)

Thanks for such a quick response! We did purchase our a handicap spot...but we'll make sure to try to get there a little earlier. I'd hate to be sent to another campground. It would defeat the purpose!

What time do those pearly gates open?

Hmmm if I remember correctly 5pm on Thursday. Well, on a legal stand point they CANT sent anyone with a Handicap placecard spot any further than what was sold to them. So be rest assured you would have a spot!

Hmmm...interesting. We purchased our spot a while ago, but since we couldn't figure out the handicapped deal with Ticketmaster, we just got a regular spot!! Good to know for next year!!

Hey Everyone,

Quick question. If we have a handicap space and our friends have a EDI hook up space do you think we will be able to be next to each other camping if we arrive together Maybe if we forgoe the handicap section a bit?

Let me know your thoughts.

Not sure how you would be able to do that knowing the way they have the hookups set up. The hookups are rows that you back into (or pull into, depending on your set up) and plug into a long strip or generator cords that run between two rows of rv's that are backed to each other. The hook ups are not "on the aisle or one end", you actually won't even see the wires once everyone is parked accordingly. They will probably have one whole row of ADA non hook ups, then the next row will be hook ups.

Depending on where they start filling in, if ADA is at the closest corner to the venue entrance and the regular spots are filled in one by one, the reg spots may end you up to be at the furthest of one row, then the next row begins to fill up...like a parking lot. You don't get to drive to find a spot you want. (not that people dont try, but many got booted back! even after tipping the parking attendant!)

There is a map for the camping area and you can see the ADA is the closest corner to the entrance, not lined up next to the others.
