It was $50 per person to pitch a tent. It was worth it to me. I barely slept anyway. =) There was mix of people there from families to late night partiers. Beware of the floodlights that never seem to go off....

agreed IHML. But then again if you get drunk AND tired enough, the floodlights don't matter. :)

I posted this somewhere else but it fits here better: (and I have tent camped two years in a row)

My advice is NO KIDDIES in THE TENT AREA!!! It was REALLY bad this year..the partying and mahem was out of control!! And not in a good way!! It was like nothing I had ever seen. I suggested strongly in my survey reply that they have seperate "family friendly" tent area..hopefully more people had the same idea...I really felt for those folks who had their kids with them..if it had been me and my kids (if I had any) I would have packed up and left.

I heard about the incident but I had not heard that it was a security guard.

That's what I heard. And I also heard that was the reason for the floodlights being on so long at night.
It did get pretty crazy in Forum. :)
Good times with Jell-O shots and Skully! :)

Yup, and that's why those security guys were riding around on ATVs all night. I couldn't sleep at all the last night! Besides the fact that I had a passed out bull rider in my tent area. I'll need more jello shots if Frank is making a repeat appearance!

Aw Frank. WOW!

Yeah, I am hoping he won't make a repeat appearance. Although it was hilarious.

Aw man! We weren't part of it, but gosh, do we remember "Skully"! We got lucky and were right against the wide walkway down the middle, which made for some great people watching.

One night the floodlights went off at like 4am (I was still awake cuz of them!), then people finally calmed down.

We totally learned our weather lesson!! Freezing once the sun sets, even more freezing during the night, and the VERY second the sun rose, it was roasting!

The wind was a disaster the last night, the base of our tent stayed put, but the roof was concaving/dipping down into our faces! We couldn't pack up fast enough that last morning!
