However, if anyone or everyone wants to eat before, there is an Applebees...right on corner by the Arena, on Miliken and Concourse. I plan on being seated BY 7:15.... !!!

That Madonna concert I went to kicked my butt. It was a Thursday and it should have started at 7:30...she didn't go on until 10. I didn't get home till 2 and of course all hyped up and the alarm went off at 6. I'm getting too old for those all nighters.

Sorry I have been absent the last two days. Both yesterday and today I have been doing stuff in L.A. and coming back and forth from San Diego is a pain in the butt with traffic at a dead stop for 2 hrs strait. lol

Annyyywayyyy......FF and I talked today and we might be in for applebees, but only for drinks and appetizers. I liked it.. reminded me of the Honda Center in Anaheim.. but then it is a hockey arena, too. Good parking, well lit parking lot. Plenty of tailgaters, even though we were told we couldn't.. yea.. ok. didn't eat there, but plenty of restaurants all around. Freeway close. They were smart in building the arena there... airport close, all freeway access, (60, 10, 15 ) shopping and restaurants nearby. It will do well, I will keep my eyes on future events there. No charge for parking either!!!!!

Large Buds were $8.75 each..and they were NOT large! Hot dogs $4.50...all in all decent prices.

BUT WHO layed out the bathrooms and size? The mens line was just as long as the womens..and I only saw the one bathroom! Oh..and note to CBB..Please dont sell the T-shirts etc in the most narrow part of the venue! Sheesh!! What a cluster.

The area was beautiful...nice, cushy seats, even our floor ones were awesome! Great parking. NO tailgaiting!! I think we were told about 5 times! ahahaha.

I kept saying last night how I love country concerts. Everyone is so nice! We met a couple in the parking lot...the girl said she really doesn't have any friends that like country, but she was wanting to go to Stagecoach... I got her number and we will start working on recruiting her to the boards and the festival!!! YAY!

Bathrooms were very nice.. the line went fast.. there were several bathrooms around the concourse... geesh I must have left the concert 4 times for a potty run! The merch table was at the entrance, but thats where everyone stopped. I liked having it right there to look at the stuff.. but being the last day of the tour the supplies were limited.
Every parking lot says no tailgating (or dinking in the parking lot).....it's a liability issue. but it boils down to just being smart, and making good decisions. Even the security guard said have fun, pour the drinks into the cups, just do not show the bottles, (parking lot cameras) I thought that was pretty cool.
I liked the venue....had no complaints.

Wow, what a great show and what an awesome venue!! I would bet that there wasn't really a bad seat in the house. And the acoustics were awesome! Kymery, I noticed the same thing with the tshirt line but then as I walked back to my seat, I passed 2 more tshirt stands with NO ONE IN LINE!! Ha! Its like we all just headed for the same one, so maybe as people realize there are a bunch of booths, lines will spread out. But it was really bad in the line we stood in!! DOH!

I just couldn't get over how great Trace and AJ sounded!! Flawless, really.

I drove home to SD and it was a total breeze!! It took just under 1.5hrs to drive up and only 1hr 10min to drive home! I would make that trip again in a cocaine heartbeat! :p

I know! You could totally tell our car was from LA...we pulled up to the parking enforcers and stopped and said, We just go in? They looked at us like we were crazy and said, yes, just go in.

yup...sure did...loved the show, we all had our cameras so we have duplicate pics, but it was a fun group, and a neat new venue. btw...last year some of us had our forum names on our trailers in ED2 ..I had a laminated poster that had "festivalfan" printed....people came by all the time and commented on it. but feel free to stand on your chair and holler... (ya think we'll even hear you? lol)
