Angels Roadhouse in Yucaipa is going Country on Saturdays!
"This is a great venue! We loved the layout, bars and dance floor, full with a Disco ball!! ahahaha
Hopefully us "country folk" can get that place hopin on Saturdays!
Pass on the news!"
Ok consider yourselves informed!
I was there on Sat the 20th for the Road to Wagon Wheel event. We had such a blast. :D :D :D I was lucky I am 30min away. Forum members came from all over: Norco area, Chino Hills, and as far away as the OC. And all of their drives were worth it.
So in my humble :o opinion you should go check em out. Oh yeah and there Ham sandwich was yummy and big.

There food was good huh! Doug loved the chicken wings. They have a full menu, from surf to turf...so come hungry too!
Big dance floor, and when it gets hot, they roll up the doors to open up to an outdoor seating area right off the dance floor! It even has a disco ball for those "last dances" of the night!
WOW...one lurker at a time and now....
one venue at a time to GO COUNTRY!!!
We can do it.

Well we do spend TONS of money on drinks, shots & food. We are a crowd you want to have in your establishment.
Just make sure that have some extra strong tables for us to dance on. :D

And that they do. The lead singer Michael Austin was on our table and some band members were on another. Pretty awesome night.
And the great gal behind the bar was able to make me a peach kamakazy (sp?). hehehehe

Yeah, those are definately strong tables, there was the harmonica player, guitar player and Mr. Austin on there! Was our table spoiled of what?? We had the whole band practically at our table playing a couple times.

What a great idea for Stagecoach 09...a Peach Kama Kazi booth or liquor station. Those go down soooo smooth no matter what type of other alcohol you are drinking. I got turned onto those when I used to be a cocktail waitress 20+ years ago in Georgia. This was a very large nightclub and the front bar (they had 5) was a "shooter bar". This is also where I discovered not only sex on the beach shots but they also had a week at the beach shooter. YUM!!!!

On Friday October 3rd the Johnny Cash cover band Cash'd Out will be at Angel's Roadhouse! I have seen them a few times now and they always put on a great show. I just wish Yucaipa wasn't so far from San Clemente!

Angels Roadhouse is the type of place you'd like to pick up and re locate to a more central location. Rugged, yet rustic. It has a little of everything....part outdoors, part inside. Nice stage, big dance floor. TV's on the walls, pool tables, several bars. Seem to have a nice mix of people...locals, bikers and then us.. the "country folks" We made a nice impression.. that's why they want us back! Plus we SPENT MONEY!!! ha ha.( I didn't know there was a $10 cover though!!) They had plenty of parking, too. A bit on the outskirts of town, but we had a reliable DD ( thank you, Doug) that got us home safely!! Even the little motel liked having us. Their business will surely improve with this advertisement...(next time comp rooms, kymery)

Check the Belly Up Tavern's calendar because they play there regularly. Solana Beach is only about 45 minutes from SC.
