GSF asked a very good question...who is all going? I will be in SS2 Row D seat 12. How about you?

Rose, can I sit on your lap and share your ticket? Damn you have SS seating! You musta been on that band wagon that I missed.
Doug will only go IF we have closer seats and two seats together are in the Grandstands, but a single one is avail in Box 14.
I checked on ticketsnow and two SS seats are over $400! I just may have to check back later when they lower their price!
Doug and I saw Toby there years ago and sat in the GS but not very good sights from there.
I just checked ticketmaster and two seats together are all sold outs except in GA. I did try for a single seat and instead of letting it default to "best available" go ahead and click Side Seating and click search. SS1 Row D Seat 14 comes up. If you let default to "best available then Box 14 seat 8 comes up.
GET YOUR TICKET NOW. Sitting together is soooo overrated.

ok, I just checked....the SS seats are $150..plus fees..ouch!!! Wow...!! that's more than any other performer I've seen this summer!!! even AJ pit seats were only $85. The box seats are $50, plus fees. not sure the actual location of the box seats in relation to the stage.
Anybody able to go?
Festival - this year has been pretty expensive for concert tickets but this is my heroin and I need my fix. :eek:

The seating is awkward there. They get to be so far off to the sides it is almost horrible to watch. I saw Toby from the Grandstands...not bad if you just want to hear him and no really "see him" ahahah
Those are crazy prices...saving for SC 09 instead!
I sure hope I have a good seat. I like to see and hear the artists and the older I get the closer I have to be.
Come on Kymery...you always score the good seats!!!
I am so bummed cuz I LOVE sugarland.... but there is no way i can justify paying what they're going for. And we have zero hookups at the LA County Fair... why can't they play VZW Amph??? :(

Just be like us and slum in the GA seats for free.
Finally I take some good pictures. Although I was 4th row PIT just about dead center. I sure hope raising rednecks were able to get tickets. I got there at around 3 and everybody was talking about it being SOLD OUT already. What a FANTASTIC show.

Great pics. We didn't even make it to the fair. One of the kids had a sore throat and the wife didn't want to go. I was bitter to say the least. The next one I'm shooting for is AJ and Trace Adkins in Ontario. That one will be without the kids
Sugarland autographed a guitar and ran it out into the crowd and it was Ashley who was lucky enough to get it. Ashley is the cute freckled face little girl that wears a pink cowboy hat that's autographed by everybody. She is the girl who let me borrow her sharpie so I could get my t-shirt autographed by Chris Cagle. She's at ALL the concerts.

That girl and her family were in line next to me for the Shake N Howdy with Gretchen Wilson at SC08. Two words... Entitlement and Attitude. I like to believe in karma, but there's no explaining this one.
