Or is there VIP reserved seating?
I am so busy at these I have yet to go to a concert
We did drive the Golf Cart up and check out the Eagles

The front section, about 40 rows are reserved seating, with the front 10 are VIP

i remember going after a "first ten rows" ticket last year...

there i sat, perched at the computer, 3 friends and 1 husband on a conference line, ticketmaster screen pre-populated with as much information as possible, counting down to 10am, ....10..9..8..7..6..5..4..3..2..1 GO!!! click!!! now!! "Gold Circle not available." and i thought "how is that even possible??"

im gonna go out on a limb and say if you want first 10, you're gonna pay thru the nose with an agent. if you don't need to be THAT close, go with the regular reserved seating. that's what most of us did (right??) and it was great. but if you've got money to burn and you can get up front - call an agent and do it! :D

Yeah, I ended up buying thru an ebay sale. I got 2nd row in the section right behind VIP gold seats..so basically 12th row. That was awesome..paid thru the nose, but decided with my back surgery I needed the seats, although we did GA the year before. Good and bad about the seats..you feel guilty leaving them for a great show at another stage, but all in all, they are great for the headliners late at night.

1st year I was in the 17th row and this past year I was in the 16th row. If I can keep on moving a little closer each year by the time I'm 60 I'll be in the front row. :rolleyes: :eek: :D

Thank you, everyone, for the advice. You've taught me to be content with Reserved seats as the best possible scenario. It doesn't seem to be of value to join fan clubs of headliners to get better seats. That's important info!

I'm still going to try to get gold circle which is the first 10 rows. On the presale they went pretty darn fast and then the rest went up for sale and they too went really quickly. I will settle for VIP and still be happy.

Stagecoach 06 all I had was GA w/VIP passes. 08, there was 5 of us on seperate laptops trying for Gold Circle with no luck. We ended up in like row 14 and 20. Next year we will still try for Gold Circle, again. But no matter what definately buying RV/camp also. We have made such great new friends here on the board, that we can't wait for next year. :D

Hi Melanie! My suggestion to you, would be to buy one ticket at a time. It's much harder to buy two Gold Circle tickets side by side, versus one at a time. I did that last year at the pre-sale and the first ticket I bought was in 2nd row and the second ticket I bought (17 minutes later) was in the 5th row. I realize a lot of people would like to sit next to their friends or significant others, but if you want Gold Circle, that is the best way to get them :) IMO

Also keep in mind there are only a couple hundred in existence. I forget the exact number. That is why they sell in 1/2 second (SO FAST!). Thousands of people all trying at the exact same time to get only a hand full of seats.

True, and many VIP seats are usually held for Promotors friends and family, Sponsors, Band families, Radio Station give aways etc.!! Good and bad.

What I don't like now, it Ticketmaster asking you to type in TWO codes that you can hardly read...takes more time...just show me the darn seats so I can buy em! Sheesh...

the lawn is really where the party is! just put your chair in a spot you can find in the pitch black dark while stumbling back in a drunken stupor!! LOL i'm scarred from SC07 when i could NOT find my friends in a sea of lawn chairs with no light what-so-ever. only reserved seating for me from now on. call me a wuss.....

Prices came out today - for the "best" seats - start with a Brinks Truck - just borrow one before a delivery with YOUR money going to a broke bank..........make sure you return the truck ..... The next steps require speed of light fast fingers, an atomic clock so you know when 10am is (this is where Vista could really let you down) and the kind of prayer that the pros make when they score a touch down using the Statue of Liberty play..... Good Luck.
