I will be flying to Texas Friday
We are in a Cook Off there this weekend
and then doing a quick tour of the famous BBQ Houses.
Yes I will do a few things my Bride enjoys not just BBQ stuff;)

Great event lots of fun cooking against the best in Texas
Our California Sugar Ribs did not do well
The turn ins here are much more flavorful and just a hint of brown sugar
Guess I will be doing more practice cooks :)
We are off to look at retirement home sites
