KittyLeigh! But she ditched work and is at Disneyland today....
I'm in but I'll be in the VIP bar area. Don't give me shit for it.. it's just cuz hubby works for VZW and it's an easy place to hang out and drink. And you can bet I'll be there during the entire Jewel set. *bleck* We're sitting in Orch Row F seats 203 & 204. Anyone else down that way?

No hes not doing meet and greet, Im pissed. He is definetly up there on my tops. Hes no Garth, Hank or Willie but Ill give him some credit. As for VIP, I have no idea
that sucks... you wait all year, you're a part of the FC and no M&G. bummer. i only belong to 2 fan clubs (Jason Aldean & Lady Antebellum). Have met Lady A twice, thanks to the fact that they're not wicked huge YET, and the shows were at smaller venues. cherished opportunity! But I've been waiting for Jason Aldean all year. Think his M&Gs are lottery even.... so I might not get in there at all. = ( that would really suck.

Hope to see everyone Saturday for some tailgating before the show!
6 of us going... Me, IHML, my mom & stepdad, my aunt (her b-day #50 is the day before) and my cousin Erin who camped with us at Stagecoach (all 6 of us were at Stagecoach - woohoo!!)
I know we'll be parked in the handicapped parking - and we're sitting in Loge 6...

We're gonna be there...not sure where the seats are yet. Our tickets are at will call. Last year when he was at Glen Helen, we had front row, hung out the entire concert on the steps at the corner of the stage with the camera guy that travels with him. We didn't know then where our seats were either until we picked up the tickets from will call. Keepin my fingers crossed!!!
Have a great time! Please drive carefully and stay safe. Let us know how the concert went and please take plenty of pictures to share with us.
P.S. Take it easy on the Magic in the red cups! :rolleyes:

I was told by a rep @ Verizon Wireless Amp. that the parking lot opens @ 5:00PM and the venue gates open 6:30PM!! I asked about Tailgating and she said there is NO DRINKING! Does anyone know if they are strick and enforce it??!!

There is NO DRINKING in the parking lots of every venue. Liability issues. Just keep it cool and don't flaunt it.

You should have seen this setup in a car that was parked next to me. They had a blender in the trunk making margaritas, already blended mojitios, cerviche, tacos, bottle of jack daniels, a cooler full of beer.
Thank goodness they invited me to join them. :)

We did swap e-mail addresses. I of course was wearing my Stagecoach tank top and they said they had heard about the festival and wish they would have gone. New attendees for 09! They were a fun group and would be a nice addition to Stagecoach. People who know how to tailgate RIGHT and party.

Yeah it was awesome! And we could have got real close if we moved up and huddled infront of the stage but I enjoyed the space for dancing!!! If my camera wasn't such a POS i could have really zoomed in and got some up close pics!!!

Last night was fantastic!! I've never seen a catwalk at VZW before... it put our 10th row seats in almost the front row!! Brad was so much fun!!
AND I got to meet Hodgee!! = ) We were literally 4 rows apart. what luck!
(nice shot up my nose!! ha ha! hopefully hodgee got a better shot with his camera)
Julianne Hough was gorgeous... and she sounded great.

Verizon Wireless Amp. gave me the wrong ticket when I went to pick up my ticket @ Will Call! So they gave me a seat in the pit! I was right next to the Catwalk! Shawn Parr from Go-Country was directly across from me on the other side of the Catwalk! Chuck Wicks and Brad Paisley squeezed my hand, several times! (tee-hee) It was an amazing show! I had a blast!

during one of the songs, he had a clip of dierks bentley singing along... like when they stream someone in from another location... obviously recorded, but you get the jist. that was one of my favorite parts! = )
also had that whole disneyland, haunted house, apparition thing of alyson krause playing at the back of the stage for whiskey lullabye... but it worked well i thought so we didn't have to listen to someone else try and sing her part.
princess jess... you're either an insider hanging in the trenches, or you really are one of the luckiest people on the planet. vzw doesn't make mistakes like that... or if they do, someone comes lookin' for their seat. you are one lucky girl! you totally should have come and said hi!! so glad me and hodgee got to exchange hugs and hellos! = )

I consider myself very Blessed! I still can't believe that happened! Verizon's Will Call gave me a seat that was NOT the seat I had purchased originally.... I bought Orch 1 Row F, they gave me Orch 2 Row L. Then the true owner came looking for her seat... Will Call had given her a yellow receipt with her seat number on it and told her that they had given me her seat by mistake! I went to speak to someone about it and after everything was said and done, they (vzw) realized that they'd messed up and *TURNED MY SEAT INTO A PIT PASS*!!!! :D

aaahhhh.... now i get it... they were making good on the original mistake and gave you pit to make up for it! that's awesome!! we were in row F... if you would have gotten the original tickets you bought, we woulda been right next to each other. = )
