Does anybody else listen to this radio station and notice that the music skips and cuts out? At one point in my car I was waiting for the emergency broadcast beeps to come on because of so much dead air time until I switched stations and realized it was just them.

They had this problem earlier this week.
It was just for a short time.
No big deal. It happens everywhere.

I've never had that problem with them before except for online.... I am sure it was a temporary thing.
It's just scares me. So many things go wrong here in California on a daily basis and you just wait for the emergency broadcast system to start.

I wait for that on my TV a lot too - when the cable starts to get all bit mappy or just stops altogether...

I've been hearing it last week and all of this week. I get all anxious and stuff, thinking we're gonna suffer another "KZLA" moment...
NNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!! !!!

I absolutely know where I was at. I was in TJ and my sister called me as she was coming back from vacation, going over the grapevine and called me frantically!! i just couldn't get over it. Then Todd (we miss him so) did the "April's Fool's" thing...we were laying by the pool and about...anyway, country came back on and everyone lived.

I remember that when KZLA suddenly disappeared! that was crazy...I heard Shawn talk about that a couple months ago, saying that he came into work sat down, played a song and they called him into the office, told him to immediately stop DJ'ing..he asked if he can say a good-bye and they said no...not one more word from anyone...just shut her down!
Hmmm...wheres that Mafia?

I know..I tried calling them over and over, emailing etc to see what is up.
This is completely off topic:
We moved to Atlanta when I was 16 and that was when somebody was murdering all those kids, they cancelled Haloween and were desparately looking for a suspect. Everybody was terrified. I was driving to work after school listening to the radio and on comes the DJ whom said, "this one goes out to all the Atlanta children". He proceeds to play the song "another one bites the dust". It only played a couple of minutes when the manager of the station comes on and announces that they have fired the DJ and to please stop calling the station.

I remember that morning! The last song he played was Keith Urban's *Tonight I wanna cry* ......
KZLA was a great station! I won several wonderful prizes from them!! They were always a lot of fun at the different events they sponsored!
