You know, when I met Doug he wanted horses...I had so many, that I was done. I could never leave for the weekend, taking care of them, property etc...that I told Doug that in our new home we would have a pool, so bought one with one, used home. He loved it. So we buy this brand new home and no pool, I beg for one, then summer hits (moved in april) and he agreed, so I designed our pool, we love it, we are in it soo much! We did the fire pit thingy, we enjoyed that last weekend, nice on summer nights, with the stars out.....still have the bar to build, hmmmm maybe everyone who comes over this weekend I can put to work? BYOB=Bring your own Block

Anyway, we love it. Kids love it...and so do their friends.

hopefully for 2009 the RV and tent camping area won't be as spread out as this year...ED2 was way too far from the venues..too much walking back and forth. They need a better lay out..

Wasn't that how it was last year - tent camping was by the RV's. I seem to remember parking over in that tent area last year.... maybe i don't ...lol... both years i drank a bit...lol :D

The tent area was soooooooo far from my ED friends. Honkeytonk, I actually DID lose weight when I weighed in that next weekend at Weight Watchers. I was telling them it was such a bad weekend from all the alcohol, etc. and then I go and lose 2 and half pounds. Definitely was all that walking!

depends on how much you want to spend....costly for sure, but I'm anxious to see how the camping fees will change....ED1 was much more expensive than ED2...because of the electrical hook ups.
some of the rental agencies charge for gen use...I would rent from one that DOESN'T charge hourly for gen use...especially if you don't have hook ups..

it was a beach cruiser that I saw with the cup holder... it looked fun! we had the wagon with the cooler on it and that was a life saver... cold beer all the time... the only way to travel :p

our wagon is the one with the big wheels and the attachement that holds the cooler so all I had to do was drink beer while hubby pulled... very nice!

I have three, my first, man, he would not sleep, had colic, about killed me with no sleep. My husband would finally take a shift and freek out and not even remember taking that shift!

My 2nd was a sweetie, just a doll, no complaints.

My 3rd, hyper, but a great baby also, a bit of colic, but learned how to deal with that obviously, this one has the non stop imagination.

So, each child will have their own personality, sleep traits etc..enjoy each one to its fullest, I am the proudest mom, they made me proud! Hope you are blessed just as much ......ok, I am biased...but really they are awesome kids in all aspects of life.
