The one complaint I had at STAGECOACH was that the did not have any sugarfree drinks for people who have diabetes or other illnesses. There are many sugarfree syrups for snow cones yet they didnt have any at the stands. The same for the lemonade. One of the stands made some lemonade without sugar and the next day they put a sign up saying no diet drinks made. Since it was so hot out there it would be nice to have something for everyone, not just beer drinkers.

the Texas Twisters were offerd in a sugar free option as were all the lemonade standds that I went to. So they did have an option - just had to go to the right place...

Sorry you couldn't find them or get them.

I'll just take some rum. A good dose of the Captain with a hint of Coke and don't forget the lime..... ;)
Uhhhh, sorry, I strayed from the sugar free drink topic. I'll move along.

If you need sugar free due to diabetes or diet, why would you mix with alcohol:confused: thats kinda like people who order a cheeseburger, Fries and a DIET coke ;)

I cant drink any soda and I had gallons of water. And that other drink with llemon, lime etc was awful. They still could have had sugar free syrups and lemonade to drink.

They did have the sugar free texas twister and the one lemonade stand that I know of had sugar free, but maybe it wasn't enough or you didn't care for the twisters. Next year hopefully they will be able to accomodate everyone a little better. Sorry you had a problem with that. :(

Also, I never said you had drank...we got off subject for a bit and I apologize for that. I believe it was I who started the alcohol subject in here. I did not mean to say you had any...I know alcohol has a high sugar ontent and is empty calories.

Once again apologies to all!

It seems most topics go off into other areas. I wouldn't worry about it to much.
