That's why I love my job....someone people are in so much pain that if you can make them feel better for one hour, it's worth all the money in the world to them. I love my clients/patients...what amazing individuals!

I have even a few moms on this forum coming over while the guys BBQ Salmon. Tri tipsanta maria style and shrimp..
While we enjoy the enjoy the beautiful weather here in the desert poolside tanning shelf style with rocks margaritas in hand along with our beautiful children...
Ok the kids are some out of collage while others in middle,highschool...lol

Hahaa,,,guess what I asked for and got? A new Shimano reel and a Kencor Pole. OH and lunch with two of my boys (daughter still up at college) and my hubby, and a trip to Long Beach Ocean of the Pacific, a long walk on the Pier and dinner...what a great weekend afterall it was for me.

lol. my mom was the same. We (the fam) went to breakfast before the game today and it was wherever she wanted to go and we all sit back let her choose whatever she wanted on the menu and it was on us!

Welll, the reason I needed a new pole, is when we sold our home, two homes ago, my wonderful hubby forgot that all our posted were bungied to the rafters in the garage, so the new owners of course would not fess up that they were there, ocean poles, bass, trout etc! So I went for years without a good one...well now he is jealous of mine...that will teach him! I hope you enjoyed your day with your mom. Watching my children happy on MY day makes me the happiest mom on earth and I couldnt be prouder of them..I am a very lucky mom for sure!

My son was so excited I got my new pole etc that when we got home he got out all of his tackle (which I handed down to him anyway, as well as his father passed down) and gave me his "extras". it was so awesome to see his eyes light up and look forward to fishing with me again, ughhh , now I gotta plan another weekend, think we will go close, Perris or something.

Well, just pulled the trout of the BBQ from smokin it, not my favorite way but hubby really wanted it, guess I will eat my leftover ribs from last night. Got 10 more in the freezer, gotta get rid of those first before we bring home more, good thing my sons love fish!
