What was with the sound system on Saturday? Friday was great but Saturday the sound kept going in and out. Several times could barely hear the performers.

Same thing was happening on Sunday, also!!! Come on Stagecoach....get people out there to listen to be sure the sound and stage are correct!! We pay a lot to be there and the shows are great but your responsibility is to make sure that sound is spot on!!
Also, the screens should be above Stagecoach's banners - then we could all seeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!! Not everyone can afford vip seating or want it for that matter!!
PS - big lag time between sound and screens!!!

structural integrity is probably why screens were where they were, stage would be a little top heavy if they were up high.

I FORGOT WHO WAS ON STAGE PUT THE SPEAKERS KEPT POPPING AND THE PERFORMER WAS GETTING IRRITATED BUT NEVER MISSED A BEAT WHO WAS UP THERE...
THEY SHOULD HAVE A AUTO VOLUME ON THE HIGH PITCH SINGERS THAT KEEP IT DOWN I HAVE A HANDY SET OF EAR PLUGS FOR THOSE MOMENTS

Actually my daughter's fiance works for the company that supplied the screens and he told us last night that the screens depend on the support and all of that depends on the winds... So because it get extremely windy out in indio they had to use the lower base, so the screens could sustain the winds. My daughter has done camera work for this same company and wished she worked both Coachella and Stagecoach. They ususally call her for Nascar events...
We noticed that the Mustang Stage had the volume at full strengh and over powering....the Palomino Stage was just right and the Mane Stage had major problems (especially during Big & Rich) with major squeaks and feedback. Late at night they finally got the sound right.
