I've looked at the Stagecoach web sight and the parking information is at best vague:confused: . I still don't know if parking is on sight or around the corner or a mile away or 10 mile away or just don't have any Idea:mad: . I'm from San Diego and will be coming up this evening and have no idea where to go for parking. The maps that are in the web sight don't show general parking just info for people that are camping or have special needs. Please could anyone give me or if anyone else is in my shoes an idea where to park and how far away it is. Could the Stagecoach staff please put up some type of map to give people an idea where general parking is in relation to the sight? Thanks for any help!!;)

there will be signs along the freeway, most likely they will tell you to exit monroe, do so and just continue on and you will pretty much be at the venue, where there will be people directing traffic. you will be walking a bit once parked, but nothing ridiculous.

edit: not too sure how this is vague? it says everything you need to know on the website...

"• From San Diego
Interstate 15 North to the 215 North to the 60 East to the 10 East. Exit 10 at Jefferson Street or continue on and exit at Monroe Street. Traffic personnel will direct cars to the Empire Polo Field, and the event parking lots."

Thanks for the info but I've been to a lot of events in the past that have said you will be directed to park at the venue and it was a few miles away from the venue and not knowing the area I wasn't sure if this was the case or not. But again thanks for the info as I have printed the directions from the web sight.

JKMW....Even though parking is on sight , it's still a walk!!!! Wear your walking shoes. Honestly, if you are lucky enough to park on the east side of the lot it's about a 3/4 mile walk. If you have to park on the west end...1 1/2 mile walk. Plan ahead time wise. It's brutal. Good Luck.

There was a person at Cochella who gave golf cart rides for $5.00........ the people I know who used it, especially day 2 and 3 thought it was fantastic....

I live a couple blocks from the event and am starting to wonder if I should put a HUGE "RIDES FOR CHEAP" sign on my car!!! I could charge $1.00/ride and still make out very well!!!!
