how does one purchase the VIP pass for the drinking area?

the beer garden is open to anyone. the vip area is included in vip reserved seating or for band guests or ticket winners, not for sale.

1st time to go ................. do the vip passes include free drinks??? some folks said that they did last year, however it is unclear if you get free drinks this year. also, i am guessing the food os not free. anyone who knows for sure, please let me know:) thanks!
