I think I read 3:00? What is a good time to get there for parking? And any suggestions for parking? I am not camping and have never been there so I don't know what to expect as far as walking distance.

Thanks.

Parking opens way earlier than that.....the shows start at 2 unless you're talking about Friday night.

The walking is just a part of the event...
Lots of different stages and venues so comfy shoes...
I saw Crocks have new sandals.

Depending on your plans for the day you can get to the La Quinta /Indio area as early as 8am...(PM me for local breakfast suggestions)
The PBR is going on early around 10am.You can enter that then head to ( Old town La Quinta ) for some lunch..Stuffed Pizza and Hogs Breath both Fabulous...

Then come back for the Stagecoach .Check start times on the site and return hour before your favorites.Because remember unless your camping no in and out...
The area has so much also to offer you will have a great time weather you stay entire time on the grounds or visit local towns (Palm Desert) El Paseo shopping is amazing just like Rodeo drive...:D
Also Ballards is allot like broken horn for those of you who may want some new hats or cowboy clothes unlike the chain stores like boot barn.
Ballards is located off 10 freeway and Indian on the right next to the freeway in Palm Springs...
Hope that helps....:D

What is PBR?
I really am only interested in the shows that start around 4:00ish so I don't want to be there ALL DAY until midnight.
So there is alot to do inside when not watching a show?

Thanks for your help!

Are you serious? Didn't you look at the festival map yet? There is tons of art, vendors, stages, etc. I personally will be wondering around the entire area taking pictures all weekend. I'm telling you, there is a lot to see.

I did see the map I saw a few things for kids, stages, bbq area, lockers general store, lost and found but not really anything specific.
Do you know what PBR is?

Professional Bull Riders. If your not famillar then maybe you would know because Jewel's husband is Ty Murry or Chris Ledeux or???

This is one Big party and it's really not only about the concert. Come early and stay late. It's worth the ride.

thats not inside the festival though.

the map cant fit every single thing at the festival on it, it would be more crowded and hard to read. you need to explore. dont make me find you and drag you around to look at everything because I might just have to do that!

Ok, I get it!!! I just didn't want to go too early and be whooped by the end of the night and then have to do it again on Sunday.
So maybe make one day of going early to look around??

Thanks for your help:)

One more thing. When you say it's not inside the festival then where is it? If there is no in and out privileges how do you see the other things?

thanks again

the pbr page has a map http://stagecoachfestival.com/event/pbr

you need to go to pbr before going into the festival due to the no ins.outs.

you will get plenty of enough sleep when your dead. It's worth being pooped for living life and having just a ton of fun.

The PBR starts and finishes BEFORE the festival.

I think it might overlap a bit so to be safe, make sure you get to PBR first if you plan to check it out.
