Last year we didn't have any problems with tickets. This year it sucks:mad: I called ticketmaster last week and they said I would have my tickets no problem. Well its Tuesday and we are suppose to leave Thurs morn with several friends and no tickets yet. Everyone else has theirs, and we all ordered on Nov 14, 07. They charged my credit card then. Now as I yelled at the ticketmaster people tonight. I am told I have to contact GoldenVoice - the promoter. I have emailed them because I can't find a phone number on the web site. Does anyone have GoldenVoices number????? :confused:

Is there a phone number on your bank statement? Sometimes, as I am sure you know, there is a number next to the debt on your account. Just an idea...
Kymery said that Goldenvoice isn't really answering the phone anymore. I would PM Countrygurl ASAP.
This happened to me last year and feel for you.

all tickets not ordered before about april 16 are ending up at will call. I had a long conference with tm and nobody really was in sync. don't worry. they will be at will call. enjoy

Make sure you take a printed copy of your TM order AND the credit card you purchased with.... if there's a problem at will call - it's all you have to prove your point..... good luck...

Horsephotographer, I have spoken with Ticketmaster several times, including last thursday, and they kept saying your tickets will be printed and sent in plenty of time. (As they have a little note that says they have up to 48 hours before the event to get the tickets to you.) I spoke with them again on Tuesday, giving them a couple of days to send them. I kind of resent your comment about procrastination, as for about 2 months, since our friends that we are going with recieved there tickets, I have been calling ticketmaster.
