HEY SECOND TIME GOIN TO STAGECOACH FIRST TIME CAMPING.
I'AM WONDERING HOW MUCH THEY ENFORCE SOME OF THESE RULES SUCH AS "NO BBQ'S"AND "NO BEER"! I PERSONNELY FEEL THESE RULES ARE UNAMERICAN;-)
IF ANY ONE WAS THERE LAST YEAR AND KNOWS HOW MUCH THEY CARE ABOUT THIS KINDA THING IT WOULD HELP OUT A LOT!
I HAVE TO KNOW HOW WELL I NEED TO HIDE THE GOODS:-)

They gotta have these rules otherwise it would get beyond outta control. But lucky for us they are loosely enforced!!! I camped last year and it was random, sporadic cooler checks on the campers and people were drinkin all over the place!! I had beer in my cooler and even though the guy SAW it he let me go through. Just be cool about it, put it in cups and such and it will be all good!!! as for the BBQs, last year they allowed it last minute....not sure what they'll do this year. Regardless the camping is a BLAST!!!:D

Dude these rules are absolutely Un American!!! but don't worry, nobody follows them :D Especially the no alcohol rule! haha I mean cmon now. As a matter of fact last year we did shots and partied with the Indio Police Department!! Coolest cops I ever met! haha. You'll have a freakin blast though man campin was so much fun!

Are you in a tent or RV??? If you are in a tent just put it at the bottom of your cooler, you know, under the Diet Coke and water. Then put some in your sleeping bag, wrapped in your clothes, etc.....thats how it was done last year!! Just don't roll up with a case from costco full of booze all out in the open and you should be fine! They weren't checking anybody's luggage, just coolers (and that was even rare!) And once you're in, then start partying!!

Nice!! And if one escapes to the top of your cooler, and the guard asks if it is beer just tell him "No, no it is not." Worked for me last year!!! LOL!!!:D

Last year the campers were allowed in and out, there were no limitations.It was the non-campers that once they were in, were in for good. we would go out and use the bathroom in the trailer, get refills,etc... then go back in (our spot was not that far from th entrance).

Each person (over 14) entering the campgrounds must purchase a camping ticket (per person). Camping ticket holders are allowed to enter any of the 4 campground areas and have *in & out privileges to the music venue.
*Festival tickets are sold separately and also required for entry into the festival.

Yep, we have in-n-out if we're camping.

but a few days before they changed it so campers could but not others
i think they said it was something with the fire department or something
must be some kind of safty thing or something
but campers can go IN and OUT as much as they want

I don't know I was in whatever the tent area was last year. If thats the RV area next to it then yea I think we cruised over there haha. We were kinda famous though last year if anyone remembers the TEEPEE! We had the biggest tent there and it looked like a big white TEEPEE haha

but what about hard stuff, do i need to get like plastic bottles or transfer it to plastic or other containers???
im not sure how much of a cooler i will have i may only beable to fit a small one, so i want to get as much in a limited space

Dehydrated booze. That would solve the hiding it issue. Then all we would need would be bottled water. Or maybe I shud just put myself to sleep now. I'm having crazy thoughts...

yah i probably wouldnt have know that eaither, except that is one of the things the dealer told me after i bought the car hahahha
and i couldnt what that long, for a mid life crisis, so i got it for my first car:D
about my largest investment so far, only other thing i spent so much money on, was my education...
but its wasnt too expensive at least compaired to other "roadster" Style cars
like the Porsche, BMW Z3, Z4, Z8, Audi TT, Doge Viper, Mercedes SLK....

Well my husband & I are going but none of our friends are. Tent camped last year in the overflow part on the other side of the fence cause we got there too late on Saturday. Partied & met a lot of fun people last year. Hoping to see them again but if not happy to met some new folks. Oh coming in from San Diego!
