View Full Version : Buying tickets in the past week or two

Hi all,
I have a question for htose of you who bought thier tickets in teh past couple of weeks. Some said they had an initial problem buying them online so then they called the ticket co. In teh end they ended up with closer seats in the VIP then what they were receiving online. Did those people have ot pay the full $395 for each ticket? If anyone paid less than that for thier VIP can you let me know please.
Now I understand your question. Ticket Master. The reason that all went down was the Eagles demanded the first 20 rows for their fan club members to purchase at $795.00 per ticket. When they didn't sell that out they let the tickets go for sale on Ticket Master and some lucky people nabbed em up.
Ticket master doesn't give discounts.

Actually the price was $585.00 for 3 days reserved- no discount. Tried buying online - and each time at the point of purchase received an error message - and told to call. When I called and finally got through all the electronic prompts - made it to a human being - the exact seats were no longer there - but the seats right next to them were.
Waiting for them to be delivered today....

Now see this does make me upset. :mad: I have section 2 seats, and upgraded as soon as it was allowed. My husband even called and said we wanted our same seats. Our tix came and the Friday ones are in sect 8. If my sect 2 seats went unsold by to the Eagles fan club folks I should of gotten my same seats in sec 2 for all 3 days. This I feel is not fair at all. TixM will hear from my hubby tmmrw morn.:mad:

HUH my dyslexia or something is kicking in. I need to start partying. I cudn't concentrate at work today kept trying to go on the forum using my little PDA/cell phone, finally gave up till I got home.

tm isn't going to do anything, why yell at people that have no control over the situation at this point?
and maybe your seats were sold to eagles fan club folk, thereby putting you back on friday.

Naw he won't yell. It's just you buy good seats then ur told oh well someone else will get to use ur seats on the added night. Then you find out the posibility exists someone else still may of gotten ur seats, after released.
It justs feels the powers at be cud've/shud've handled it better.
Sorry cooter, just had to vent. You know I'm/we gunna have a blast, no matter where we sit.
And there is always next year.
