Ticketco Question

Has anyone bought thier tickets in the past couple of weeks thorugh ticketco? I was reading some threads that mentioned some people had a problem at first and then they called ticketco to get thier tickets and ended up getting vip. My question is if those people that got VIP paid the full price of $395 a piece?
