Food/Beverages for Sale

I haven't been able to find out exacty what food and beverages will be available for sale during the festival. I know there will be contests, but I'm bringing 4 high school boys that eat..alot! We do have reserved seats/VIP wristbands. Are there plenty of vendors on site? Food/drinks for sale in the VIP tents? (We are not camping)

Lots of great food...
Just be careful bring your own in the heat..
Heard there was cases of food poisoning at Coachella from people bringing there own..
I think the mane stagecoach has vendors on a drop down....

There was a pretty big variety of food for sale. And waters weren't too badly priced either. I can't wait for the BBQ though!!!

SMT...your boys will be able to get sample tickets for the BBQ...5 tix for $10. Each ticket is good for a 2 oz sample (seems we are always over on that 2 oz.). I believe the plates of BBQ are $10. So get them a bunch of sample packages and let 'em go nuts!

Oh yea, the food out at Stagecoach will be incredible. Make sure to come by and say, "Hello" at the AZBarbeque booth. Ask for Mike and taste some of our Great BBQ as well.

You can't go wrong with any of those, they will all taste awesome.

We are making Cajun Shrimp for our Thursday night dinner and Rib Eyes for our Friday night Dinner. That's the one thing about these BBQ cook-offs, you are never hungry.

Middle of the night BBQ Appetizers include:

ABT's - Atomic Buffalo Turds
Fatties
Reindeer Turds

Some of the best times at these cook-offs is the middle of the night when it's just the serious BBQ cooks that are awake making sure the Competition meats are all cooking to specs.

I don't have a restaurant, although I'd kill for a place in HB. No, I'm a competitor who also is getting into catering. If you're ever wandering around 19th and Olive, you'll probably smell the sweet oak burning!

I have only been eating chicken, & fish since Easter.. Just decided to cut out Red meat & pork... Well all this BBQ talk is making me want to try something besides chicken... I am sure it will so be worth it this weekend... yummy..
