Hi Guys, :)

Trying not to troll, but I am posting this in case there may be anyone interested in a beautiful custom built home.

I am a realtor here in Indio (and a long time resident since 1972) and since many of us country music fans have horses or desire wide open spaces, I thought you might like to see a home I have listed on Ave 50, right across from the Entrance of the Polo Grounds. You can see my sign out in front of the property.

I was by the home yesterday and it is located across the street from the back of the stage at the Coachella Music Festival. You could sit out on the South balcony and listen to the music from just across the street!! Pretty cool!

You can see just how close it is from this picture.

damn, that home looks huge but only 3240sf? wow, my home is 3500sf and looks nothing that big..all in the architecture i guess.

I think you just shocked the festival goers, showing them what beautiful homes there are in the Indio/desert area.

by the way great listing (from a fellow realtor)!!

Thanks. There are a lot of estate homes in the area. (1/2 acre plus). It is the architecture. The home is set on a long floorplan, with two balconies which occupy some of the visual space.

I hope you have a great time down here in the valley. It is an awesome place to live. ;)

Hey Mark contact me ..
I think you might need some better photos of it..
I'm not trying to be mean in any way. Yet in this market being in realestate for over ten years photos must be enticing..
You know the saying..

Grrrrrr

This house is directly across the street from the back of the stage. The city/promoters went and put up temporary palm tress right in front of my sign :p
