Tailgating???

My group didn't get a campsite, and we were wondering if we are aloud to tailgate in the parking lot area? can we bring coolers, alcohol, and bbq? Once we are in the concert are we aloud to go back and fourth to our car and then to the concert???

As for tailgating..I dont know. If we cant have liquor or BBQ's in the camp area (laughing as I type) then I doubt they will allow tailgaiting..

the only way you can go in and out of the festival is if you have a camping wristband. = $50.00 each. I think it's children under 14 free.

I dont see why not, but just cant vouch for the partying thing. I remember in high school we had these wrap arounds, they were Coke labels and you wrap them around your beer cans so they looked like you were drinking coke..havent seen those in a while.

you can but why? The party will be inside the festival and not in the parking lot.

We chilled in the parking area beforehand and drank beer. No one said anything and the security people kept driving by us in their golf carts.

Security is probably tight during coachella and then by the time we get to Stagecoach they loosen up and are all tired.
