OK...last year..which I know is over...we showed up Friday around 1..ish. A friend of ours had gotten there earlier that day and had 'HELD' onto a few spots next to him so we could all be right next to eachother.

Well...this year...seeing as how they added another night...the main setup will probably be on Thursday.

So my question is...how likely/unlikely will it be that my SAME friend who is getting there on Thursday this year will be able to 'HOLD' the spots till we get there on Friday morning?

And my other question is...will the bar that was open with the kareoke on Friday night be open on Friday this year as well or just Thursday? We were ALL OVER that bar last year. My girl at the time had no voice for the first half of Saturday. I wasn't complaining!! :)

Thanks in advance folks!!

See you soon!

Let the party begin!!

There were 4 RV's driving in. Two got there early and the last two..us included...showed up later. We ended up 'Circling the Wagons' with the RVs so the center area was the open 'hang-out' area. It was great!

Was just hoping that it wasn't going to be that big of a hassel this year. I guess we'll see.

We are hoping to pull that off as well. We have 2 RV's arriving on Thursday afternoon and the 3rd will be in at the crack of dawn (or at least in time for the 1st beer) on Friday!

No circling, it is like a parking lot. I know what they are saying, they must of just pulled into the end of the line at the center isle.

Remember that this year is 4 parking areas for campers, not just one, so I know it will be much tighter! (just assuming)

BUT....you would think we could do that considering we are supporting this board and having an awesome brunch, but then again, that would make people think that anyone can come over and eat. Hmmmm...not sure I want an end of an isle, TOOOO much attention. You should of seen last year.

I remember the table that people donated things to. Some very, very odd things, we donated a barny/flag pole from one of our quads with my sons autograph on it from when he won the championship.

Toooo much traffic. (not that I dont like that, but you had to be there i guess)

Hi Kymery...
Do you know if you have a E2 pass and want to park a golf cart to take someone handicapped back and forth to the main entrance can you park it near handicap and back next to the coach at night?

Who knows this????
Thanks for your help...:D

the organizers may have carts available for shuttling handicapped.

but according to rules posted on the site:

**** ONSITE CAMPING RULES ****
# No ATV's, Golf Carts or motorized recreational vehicles.

Nope, NO carts, the people who brought them last year were told to park em.

I was shuttled after the concert due to my back. This year there are trams...so no worries.

Last year they didn't. I had just had foot surgery, was in a walking boot and could barely put pressure on it. I asked the security if there was any way they could take me in their golf cart to the entrance (the handicapped lot was full by the time we got there) and they said they couldn't due to insurance purposes. I hope they changed their policy!!

Iheart...bummer they denied you, they just offered as we left the event.

I know they did not have shuttles last year, but this year they are, it is on the info page. So hopefully you and I will be fine.

Strange how some people got to "break the rules" and with others they stuck to their guns.

I know the water folks out front were telling people to say you have diabities so they would let you in with water that you just purchased.

I guess they just didn't want to take a drunk girl in a Miller Cowboy Hat. It was their first year, I let them slide. =)
