How do I ask a question I don't see answered on this website?

What's the best time to arrive?

Day parking opens at 9:00am on festival days. Lobby/Terrace Gates open 10:00am. Venue gates open at Noon. Arrive early to allow for possible traffic and security search at the entrance. Please try and carpool. Busiest times with the most wait are usually between 4pm-6pm on Friday/Sat. Expect delays.

What time does it end?

The festival ends before 12:00am “midnight” all 3 days. Check back closer to festival dates for any changes.

Will you be posting set times in advance?

Yes. Set times will be posted here a couple days before the festival and also be on the festival guide available in the venue.

Are you hiring people to work or volunteer at the event?

No. Thanks for checking. If we change our mind we will post here.

Can I pass out flyers inside? Outside?

No. We’re really trying to produce less trash/waste. Try emailing people or using facebook to promote your thing.

Can I bring a chair or blanket inside the festival? What kind of chair is OK?

Blankets and small folding camping or beach chairs will be OK in designated area’s of the Festival.
Sorry but NO poolside lounges, lazy boys, banquet or folding metal chairs allowed.

Can I use passes/wristbands/the Stagecoach Festival name to promote my website/product/event?

No. The Stagecoach Festival trademarks, intellectual property, passes and wristbands may NOT be used for advertising, promotions, contests, sweepstakes, or any commercial purpose. The only exception is for the festival’s official sponsors (and even they need formal written authorization from the festival’s producers).

Are there Lockers at the festival?

There are locker rentals available.  Please visit to reserve yours now.  Contact with any questions you may have.

Are there breast pump stations?

Recently give birth?  Need a place to pump and store? We got mom’s covered.  BYOB (bring your own breast pump) to any one of the 3 medical tents in the venue for a private place to pump.  Refrigeration for the results is available only at the “main” medical tent location near the Palamino tent. (see map).

Are Credit Cards Accepted?

In 2015, we’re accepting credit cards and we’re thrilled to have American Express as our official payment partner.

Do you accept Cash and Debit?

Yes, all vendors accept Cash and most accept Credit and Debit. We have ATMs both inside the venue and all around the event/camping grounds marked on the festival guide.


What Can I Bring...?

Can I bring and umbrella to block the sun?

Sorry no, those block the view of other festival goers. You wouldn’t want someone with an umbrella blocking your view either right?

What about bringing my medical prescription?

You should identify yourselves to security while waiting to enter the venue. Security will locate the medical folks adjacent to the main entrance, and they will assist you in storing and providing a secure area for diabetics. ALL medical prescriptions and accompanying names on those containers will need to match the person’s proper ID.

I have health problems and am not able to eat food, will I be able to bring in my supplement drinks in?

Medical related / required items (small individual portions of specialized food that is otherwise not available in the venue included) may be brought into the venue provided a Dr. note is onsite and available at the entrance gate describing the necessity for the item(s).

Can I bring in eye drops for my contact lenses?

Yes, but they need to be in a marked container.

Can I bring a water squirt gun or mister?

Sorry, these will not be allowed into the venue, though there might be some mister fans available for purchase onsite.

Can I bring chapstick?


Can we bring walkie talkies?


Are strollers allowed into the venue?

Yes if it is for an infant/toddler.  Sorry no wagons.

How big is a medium backpack? / How will this be enforced?

A medium backpack should be no bigger than 20″ tall, 15″ wide and 9″ thick packed. Bags will have to fit into a box of that size similar to the system used at airports. If your bag doesn’t fit in the box it won’t be able to go inside the venue.

What are considered professional cameras and professional digital cameras?

Any camera with a removable lens.

Can I bring E-Cigs?

Single use Mini’s (aka Cig-a-likes) are OK.

Mid sized e-cigs & vape pens are OK, however no liquid refills will be allowed into the venue.

APV’s or Mods are not allowed in the venue.
(They are ok in onsite camping)

Parking, Taxis, Cars, Busses, Trains, Bikes, Motorcycles

I locked my keys in my car, my car won't start. Will there be a Tow truck or AAA on site?

There will be a Tow truck on site and AAA on stand by.

Where is my nearest bus stop?

If you are taking public transit, in downtown Indio about 3 miles from the venue. However Valley Music Travel sells our any line shuttle passes that are good all weekend. CLICK HERE for info.

Where is the nearest gas station?

A gas station is about 3.6 miles away at Monroe & 111.

Where is a friend/parent pick up/drop off point?

A pick up / drop off point for people is located on the North East side of Avenue 52 and Madison St.   Please check back closer to festival dates for possible location change/update.

Where do Motorcycles park?

Motorcycles can park in the same lot as ADA. From the 10 freeway or Hwy 111 travel South on Monroe Street to the ADA parking lot labeled “ADA PARKING ONLY” located 1/2 block South of Avenue 51 on the West side, in LOT 11. Parking is limited and vehicle processing and/or line up will not be permitted prior to 9AM.

Can we ride bicycles to the festival? Where do we lock them?

Yes! People lock them all over. Don’t lock it to an entrance or art piece though or you may never see it again. Park/Lock at your own risk. Tons of people bike every year.

Camping & Hotels

Every hotel is sold out. What can I do?

Don’t give up. Our friends at Valley Music Travel have put together hotel & shuttle packages for you.
