Day parking opens at 9:00am on festival days. Lobby/Terrace Gates open 10:00am. Venue gates open at Noon. Arrive early to allow for possible traffic and security search at the entrance. Please try and carpool. Busiest times with the most wait are usually between 4pm-6pm on Friday/Sat. Expect delays.

No. The Stagecoach Festival trademarks, intellectual property, passes and wristbands may NOT be used for advertising, promotions, contests, sweepstakes, or any commercial purpose. The only exception is for the festival’s official sponsors (and even they need formal written authorization from the festival’s producers).
Recently give birth? Need a place to pump and store? We got mom’s covered. BYOB (bring your own breast pump) to any one of the 3 medical tents in the venue for a private place to pump. Refrigeration for the results is available only at the “main” medical tent location near the Palamino tent. (see map).

Yes, all vendors accept Cash and most accept Credit and Debit. We have ATMs both inside the venue and all around the event/camping grounds marked on the festival guide.

You should identify yourselves to security while waiting to enter the venue. Security will locate the medical folks adjacent to the main entrance, and they will assist you in storing and providing a secure area for diabetics. ALL medical prescriptions and accompanying names on those containers will need to match the person’s proper ID.
Medical related / required items (small individual portions of specialized food that is otherwise not available in the venue included) may be brought into the venue provided a Dr. note is onsite and available at the entrance gate describing the necessity for the item(s).

A medium backpack should be no bigger than 20″ tall, 15″ wide and 9″ thick packed. Bags will have to fit into a box of that size similar to the system used at airports. If your bag doesn’t fit in the box it won’t be able to go inside the venue.

Single use Mini’s (aka Cig-a-likes) are OK.
Mid sized e-cigs & vape pens are OK, however no liquid refills will be allowed into the venue.

A pick up / drop off point for people is located on the North East side of Avenue 52 and Madison St. Please check back closer to festival dates for possible location change/update.
Motorcycles can park in the same lot as ADA. From the 10 freeway or Hwy 111 travel South on Monroe Street to the ADA parking lot labeled “ADA PARKING ONLY” located 1/2 block South of Avenue 51 on the West side, in LOT 11. Parking is limited and vehicle processing and/or line up will not be permitted prior to 9AM.
Yes! People lock them all over. Don’t lock it to an entrance or art piece though or you may never see it again. Park/Lock at your own risk. Tons of people bike every year.
Stagecoach Country Music Festival is committed to creating a safe, comfortable and memorable experience for our guests. In order to provide an environment where families can enjoy the festival, we have instituted a STAGECOACH CODE OF CONDUCT inside the festival grounds and the RV RESORT.
If an individual participating in this behavior is uncooperative or a persistent offender, he/she will be removed from the festival site and festival wristband revoked. If staying in the RV Resort, the RV will be ejected from the property. In certain situations, the offender may be arrested.

PLEASE BE ADVISED: No vehicles other than the RV you are sleeping in are allowed into the campground. This includes any vehicle not towing a trailer/5th wheel. If you leave, there are no RV ins/outs regardless if you have a campsite or not. If you’re towing a trailer/5th wheel and decide to unhook and drive that vehicle outside of camping, it will not be allowed back into camping. It must be parked in the companion vehicle lot (if space is still available). This is for the safety of all campers.

If you tow your RV behind another vehicle:
You may park your RV and the vehicle that is towing your RV in your designated 20×50 spot If and Only if both vehicles fit within the outline of the designated spot. If any part of any vehicle crosses the outline of your designated spot, you will be required to re-set your vehicles. If you are unable to fit all parts of both vehicles within your spot, you will be required to remove one of the vehicles from the site.
If you choose to un-hook your RV from the vehicle by which it is being towed and drive the vehicle off-site for any reason, the vehicle will not be allowed back onto the festival grounds to pick up your RV until Sunday after 8PM. There is absolutely no exit and re-entry for any RVs or vehicles that tow RVs. If you do not purchase an RV Companion Vehicle Parking Pass and you drive the vehicle that you used to tow your RV out of the campgrounds, you will have a very difficult time finding a place to park your vehicle over-night. Please also note that vehicles left in the day- parking lots after 2AM will be towed.
If you tow another vehicle or trailer behind your RV:
Vehicles towed behind your RV are not allowed into the campgrounds. If your RV is towing a vehicle you must unhook and park the towed vehicle in companion parking before entering the campgrounds. Please note that YOU WILL NEED TO PURCHASE a companion vehicle parking pass. If you are towing a trailer (NON MOTORIZED VEHICLE) behind your RV, you must fit both your RV and Trailer within the allotted 20×50 campsite space. NO EXCEPTIONS.
