  • Venue opens at 12:00p (noon)* all three days.
  • Terrace opens at 10:00a* all three days.
  • Everyone is subject to search upon entry.
  • No re-entry. Re-entry for RV RESORT & ADA patrons ONLY’
  • No refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.
  • Show will take place rain or shine.
  • Lineup and set times are subject to change.
  • Festival ends by or before 12:00a (midnight) all three days.
  • Festival parking is free.
  • No RV parking in day parking lots.
  • Day parking lots are open from 9:00a-2:00a.* (No overnight parking.)
  • Re-entry is for RV Resort patrons only.
  • All food and beverage vendors accept both credit cards and cash.
  • Some retail vendors also accept credit cards and all take cash.

What's the best time to arrive?

Day parking lots opens at 9:00a on festival days. Venue gates open at 12:00p (noon)*. Arrive early to allow for possible traffic and security search at the entrance. Please try and carpool. Busiest times with the most waiting are usually between 4:00p-6:00p on Friday/Saturday. Expect delays.

What time does it end?

The festival ends by or before 12:00a (midnight) all three days. Check back closer to festival dates for any changes.

Will you be posting set times in advance?

Yes. Set times will be posted on our website a couple days before the festival and also be in the festival guide available at the venue.

How hot will it get in the day and how cold will it get at night?

How can I get information about having a booth there?

Are you hiring people to work or volunteer at the event?

No. Thanks for checking. If we change our mind we will post here.

Can I pass out flyers inside? Outside?

No. We’re really trying to produce less trash/waste. Try emailing people or using social media to promote your thing.

Can I bring a chair or blanket inside the festival? What kind of chair is OK?

Blankets and small, LOW BACK, folding, camping or beach chairs will be OK in designated area’s of the Festival.

Sorry but NO poolside lounges, lazy boys, banquet or folding metal chairs or inflatable chairs or couches allowed.

Can I use passes/wristbands/the Stagecoach Festival name to promote my website/product/event?

No. The Stagecoach Festival trademarks, intellectual property, passes and wristbands may NOT be used for advertising, promotions, contests, sweepstakes, or any commercial purpose. The only exception is for the festival’s official sponsors (and even they need formal written authorization from the festival’s producers).

Are there Lockers at the festival?

There are locker rentals available to rent at the festival.  Reserve yours now.  Visit

Are there breast pump stations?

Recently give birth?  Need a place to pump and store? We got mom’s covered.  BYOP (bring your own pump) to any one of the 3 medical tents in the venue for a private place to pump.  Refrigeration for the results is available only at the “main” medical tent location near the Palomino tent. (see map).

Are Credit Cards Accepted?

In 2017, we’re accepting credit cards and we’re thrilled to have American Express as our official payment partner.

Do you accept Cash and Debit?

Yes, all vendors accept Cash and most accept Credit and Debit. We have ATMs both inside the venue and all around the event/camping grounds marked on the festival guide.


Will there be gender neutral restrooms available?

Yes, Gender Neutral restrooms will be available and may be used by any person regardless of gender identity or expression.

Will there be flushable toilets and sinks available?

OMG YES.  In addition to the multiple banks of porto potties, the amount of porcelain flushable toilets was expanded in 2015.  (a FAVORITE amongst festival goers).

What Can I Bring...?

Can I bring an umbrella or parasol?

Sorry no umbrellas, those block the view of other festival goers. You wouldn’t want someone with an umbrella blocking your view either right?

You can bring a small parasol as long as your courteous to other festival goers.

A parasol is to block the sun and an umbrella is to protect from rain.

What about bringing my medical prescription? IE: Insulin?

You should identify yourselves to security while waiting to enter the venue. Security will locate the medical folks adjacent to the main entrance, and they will assist you in storing and providing a secure area for your medication. Refrigeration storage available at the “main” medical tent location near the Palomino tent. (see map).

ALL medical prescriptions and accompanying names on those containers will need to match the person’s proper ID.

I have health problems and am not able to eat food, will I be able to bring in my supplement drinks in?

Medical related / required items (small individual portions of specialized food that is otherwise not available in the venue included) may be brought into the venue provided a Dr. note is onsite and available at the entrance gate describing the necessity for the item(s).

Can I bring in eye drops for my contact lenses?

Yes, but they need to be in a marked container.

Can I bring a water squirt gun or mister?

Sorry no squirt guns allowed.

You  may bring in an empty, plastic, small personal sized fan mister.  There may also be some sold on site.

No large pump misters.

Are strollers allowed into the venue?

Yes if it is for an infant/toddler.  Sorry no wagons or wheeled carts.

How big is a medium backpack? / How will this be enforced?

A medium backpack should be no bigger than 20″ tall, 15″ wide and 9″ thick packed. Bags will have to fit into a box of that size similar to the system used at airports. If your bag doesn’t fit in the box it won’t be able to go inside the venue.

NO metal framed backpacks.

What are considered professional cameras and professional digital cameras?

Any camera with a removable/detachable lens.

Can I bring E-Cigs?

Single use Mini’s (aka Cig-a-likes) are OK.

Mid sized e-cigs & vape pens are OK, however NO liquid refills will be allowed into the venue.

APV’s or Mods are NOT allowed in the venue.
(They are ok in RV RESORT)

If you are not clear on what kind you have, it’s not allowed.

Parking, Taxis, Cars, Busses, Trains, Bikes, Motorcycles

I locked my keys in my car, my car won't start. Will there be a Tow truck or AAA on site?

There will be a Tow truck on site and AAA on stand by.

Where is my nearest bus stop?

If you are taking public transit, in downtown Indio about 3 miles from the venue. However Valley Music Travel sells our any line shuttle passes that are good all weekend. CLICK HERE for info.

Where is the nearest gas station?

A gas station is about 3.6 miles away at Monroe & 111.

Where is a friend/parent pick up/drop off point?

The friend/family pick up / drop off point is located off Avenue 52 and Madison St.   Please refer to festival maps closer to festival dates.

Where do Motorcycles park?

2016: Go south on Jefferson, Left at Ave 49 going east bound. Right on Madison going south bound. Left into South Entrance to Lot 10 where “ADA PARKING ONLY “, take the Bridal Path east bound, then make a Left north bound past Lot 10 Companion Parking, across 4-Corners and into ADA Parking area. Then just get in where you fit in. NO TAKING AN ENTIRE SPACE FOR ONE BIKE.

Can we ride bicycles to the festival? Where do we lock them?

Yes! Find the bike rack self-parking lots on the festival map (posted a few days before the festival). Park at your own risk. Do not lock your bike against an opening/closing of a fenced area or it will be considered surrendered forever and ever.  Tons of folks bike every year.
