General
What's the best time to arrive?

Parking opens at 9:00am on festival days. Gates open closer to 11am - noon. Arrive early to allow for possible traffic and security search at the entrance. Please try and carpool. Busiest times with the most wait are usually between 4pm-6pm on Friday/Sat. Expect delays.

What time does it end?

The festival ends before 12:00am "midnight".

Will you be posting set times in advance?

Yes. Set times will be posted here a couple days before the festival and also be on the festival guide available in the venue.

How hot will it get in the day and how cold will it get at night?

How can I get information about having a booth there?

Please visit the Vendors page. Information is only given to applicants.

Are you hiring people to work or volunteer at the event?

No. Thanks for checking. If we change our mind we will post here.

Can I pass out flyers inside? Outside?

No. We're really trying to be more green, produce less trash/waste. Try emailing people to promote your thing.

Can I bring a chair or blanket inside the festival? What kind of chair is OK?

Blankets and small folding camping or beach chairs will be OK in designated area's of the Festival. Sorry but NO poolside lounges, lazy boys, banquet or folding metal chairs allowed. See examples below:

Can I use passes/wristbands/the Stagecoach Festival name to promote my website/product/event?

No. The Stagecoach Festival trademarks, intellectual property, passes and wristbands may NOT be used for advertising, promotions, contests, sweepstakes, or any commercial purpose. The only exception is for the festival's official sponsors (and even they need formal written authorization from the festival's producers).

Can I Bring...
Can I bring an umbrella to block the sun?

Sorry no, those block the view of other festival goers. You wouldn't want someone with an umbrella blocking your view either right?

What about bringing in my medical prescription? example: Diabetic insulin?

You should identify yourselves to security while waiting to enter the venue. Security will locate the medical folks adjacent to the main entrance, and they will assist you in storing and providing a secure area for diabetics. ALL medical prescriptions and accompanying names on those containers will need to match the person's proper ID.

Can I bring in eye drops for my contact lenses?

Yes, but they need to be in a marked container.

Can I bring a water squirt gun or mister?

Sorry, these will not be allowed into the venue, though there might be some mister fans available for purchase onsite.

Can I bring Chapstick?

Yes

Can we bring walkie talkies?

Sure.

Are strollers allowed into the venue?

Yes if it is for an infant/toddler.

How big is a medium backpack? / How will this be enforced?

A medium backpack should be no bigger than 20" tall, 15" wide and 9" thick packed. Bags will have to fit into a box of that size similar to the system used at airports. If your bag doesn't fit in the box it won't be able to go inside the venue.

What are considered professional cameras and professional digital cameras?

Any camera with a removable lense.

Will There Be... At/In The Venue/Festival?

Yes there will be vendors.

Will there be flushable toilets and sinks available?

Yes

Will there be Disabled person parking/bathrooms? Where?

ADA parking is immediately adjacent to the main venue with easy field access. ADA placard must be prominently displayed. Law enforcement will be present to verify identification and placard properly match. This ain't no cheap ticket, partner! ADA Parking is limited. First come first serve. ADA toilets are located throughout the venue. Please note that almost the entire venue is grass fields and that includes parking lots (grass & dirt). Will I be able to find security if needed?

Yes

Will there be payphones inside the venue?

Sorry, No.

Will there be ATM machines?

Yes, both inside and outside the venue grounds plus clearly marked on the festival guide.

Will there be a Lost & Found? (Lost keys, cell phones, etc.)

Yes, there will be a Lost & Found area which will be clearly marked on the festival guide. You can inquire with lost/found after the festival by emailing info@stagecoachfestival.com Please describe your lost item in detail.

Will there be First Aid on site?

Yes. First Aid stations will be on site, clearly visible to find and clearly marked on the festival guide.

Will there be a Mist tent?

Sorry, no, but there will be shaded areas.

Will there be drinking fountains? And/or how much is water?

Yes there will be drinking fountains and bottled water will be sold for $2 at numerous vendor locations.

Will there be a sunglasses / visors or hats / sunscreen sold?

Yes there will be booths on site with those items.

Will there be a festival map available ahead of time so we can see which bands will be at which stages/tent areas? And see locations of food courts, bathroom areas?

Yes, it will be posted online. It will also be on the festival guide available inside the venue. LINE UP SUBJECT TO CHANGE.

What's the deal with parking?

There will be plenty of parking adjacent to the festival grounds. Day Parking is free. There is no overnight parking allowed unless you are onsite camping and/or have a companion parking pass.

Are there lockers at the festival?

Yes, come back for info.

Parking, Taxis, Cars, Buses, Trains
I locked my keys in my car, my car won't start. Will there be a Tow truck or AAA on site?

There will be a Tow truck on site and AAA on stand by.

Where is the nearest Bus stop?

If you are taking public transit, in downtown Indio about 3 miles from the venue. However Valley Music Travel are providing shuttles all weekend which pick up and drop off in lot 5. CLICK HERE for info.

Where is the nearest Gas Station?

A gas station is about 3.6 miles away at Monroe & 111.

Where is the taxi and/or Drop off/Pick up point??

A pick up / drop off point for people and or taxi's is located on the North East side of Avenue 52 and Madison St.

Where can I buy passes? I don't have a credit card to use online/phone?

Will there be passes sold at the event?

If the festival doesn't sell out in advance, then passes will be available at the box office on the show dates. The box office will be located at an offsite but close by location. Information will be posted closer to the event.

Camping & Hotels
Every hotel is sold out. What can I do?

Don't give up. Try looking on our Hotels page. Also our friends at Valley Music Travel have put together hotel & shuttle packages for you. Visit http://valleymusictravel.com/stagecoach for more information

May I have a campfire?

Campfires, fire pits, fire cages or any other open flame device are not permitted anywhere on the festival site. In other words no.

May I use a stove to cook?

The use of a outdoor cooking appliance is not permitted anywhere on the festival site. RV's may use their factory installed interior cooking appliance.

May I use a heater?

The use of any type of heating appliance is not permitted anywhere on the festival site. The only exception is; RV's may use their factory installed interior climate control appliances.

Is there any place to rent a bicycle near by?

Can we bring or make our own Slip-N-Slides?

For the safety of the entire campsite Slip-N-Slides will not be allowed in camping.
