Americans with Disabilities Act Information

Stagecoach Country Music Festival is accessible to all guests with disabilities. During our festival the polo fields will feature disabled parking spaces, wheelchair user and companion seating, multi-channel Assisted Listening Systems (ALS), along with accessible restrooms and concession stands. Please know that every year we are continually upgrading these features.

ACCESS SERVICE CENTERS

Access Service Centers are in both the lobby and in the ADA parking lot. Please see the festival map or contact the nearest event staff worker. The Access Service Centers dispense assistive listening receivers & headsets and alternative format materials. The Access Service Centers are staffed by customer service personnel. This is also a designated location for wheelchair battery recharging.

ALTERNATIVE FORMAT MATERIALS

Accessibility guides will be available at each Access Service Center. If you cannot find a guide, please ask the nearest Event Staff Worker.

ASSISTIVE LISTENING SYSTEMS

Stagecoach Country Music Festival is equipped with Assisted Listening Systems (ALS). Headsets and receivers are available at the Access Service Centers.

ATMS

Accessible Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs) are located throughout the venue. Please see the site map or locate an Event Staff Worker.

CONCESSION STANDS

We have concession stands and bars that are accessible to patrons with disabilities. If assistance is required at any of the food service areas, please contact the nearest Event Staff Worker.

EMERGENCIES

Stagecoach Country Music Festival personnel have been trained in proper emergency preparedness.

FIRST AID

There are several First Aid locations through the venue. Please refer to the festival map.

INTERPRETING SERVICES

Stagecoach Country Music Festival will have sign language interpreters available. Please check back closer to festival dates for interpreter schedule. Interpreter will be located to the right of Mane Stage (from audience side). An interpreter will also be available at the Access Centers. Any additional specific artist interpreting requests need to be made at least 2 weeks prior to the festival at: ada@stagecoachfestival.com

LOCAL TRANSPORTATION (OFFSITE)

LOCAL TRANSPORTATION (OFFSITE) ADA certified clients may use the SunDial curb to curb service from anywhere within the service area (Desert Hot Springs in Northwest to Mecca in Southeast) to the SunLine Indio facility (Stop #835). From this location, take a short taxi ride to the designated venue taxi drop-off / pickup location (Ave 50 & Monroe). When calling for a taxi you will need to let them know if you require a lift board for mobility device transportation. Reservations through SunDial can only be made by ADA certified individuals. Reservations can be made up to two weeks prior to the festival. PARKING

ADA Day Parking will be available. Once your state issued auto identification is verified, you will then be instructed where to park. Parking is limited. Law enforcement will be present to verify identification and placard properly match. This ain't no cheap ticket! From the 10 freeway or Hwy 111 travel South on Monroe to the ADA parking lot labeled "ADA PARKING ONLY" 1/2 block South of Avenue 50 on the West side.

RESTROOMS

All public restroom areas are portable toilets and are accessible to our patrons with disabilities. Please see the site map or contact the nearest event staff worker for exact locations.

RV CAMPING

RV Camping for individuals with disabilities is located in lot Eldorado 1. Camping here is limited and RV Camping tickets must be purchased in advance. CLICK HERE to request read about Camping in El Dorado 1.

SERVICE ANIMALS

Animals are not allowed onto the festival grounds, an exception is made for patrons with service animals. Patrons requiring further Service Animal assistance may contact our ADA Coordinator at ada (at) stagecoachfestival.com.

SHUTTLE SERVICE (ONSITE)

Limited onsite ADA cart shuttle service will be available up to the venue entrance. Please visit the Access Service Centers for further onsite details.

WHEELCHAIR & COMPANION SEATING

Stagecoach Country Music Festival provides wheelchair and companion areas. Please see the festival map or contact the nearest event staff worker. To gain access to a wheelchair riser you must obtain a wristband from the Access Service Centers.
