** ONSITE CAMPING RULES**

* All campers AND vehicles will be searched upon entry.

* Campers are expected to behave in a manner that is courteous to other campers. All campers must abide by the Stagecoach Festival CODE OF CONDUCT.

* All campers must be 18 years of age or older, with proper ID or accompanied by a parent.

* No glass, glass containers, wine glasses, beer bottles, etc. Accidents can happen. There are mounted horses and barefoot children running around.

* Each patron age 21 and older with proper I.D may enter the campgrounds with two of the following: Case of beer, alcohol in plastic bottle, or boxed wine.

* No drug paraphernalia or drugs allowed. These items will be confiscated.

* No weapons, firearms, and knives. These items will also be confiscated.

* All RVs, trailers & other such vehicles must be classified as a "vehicle made for sleeping" to enter RV camping.

* If your RV is towing a vehicle or additional travel trailer (that doesn't fit in your assigned spot) you must unhook and park the tow item in companion parking. Absolutely NO Towed motorized vehicles allowed in camping)! The $30 companion parking pass must be purchased in advance at the same time as the RV package/festival pass. This also applies to any type of non motorized trailer being towed by your RV that doesn't fit in your allotted 20x50 RV spot..

* If the rest of your party is meeting you later and will need overnight parking, you will need an RV/CAR Companion Vehicle Parking Pass. This lot will be 100% locked down with no chance of entering or exiting between 9pm - 1am, Fri - Sun nights.  You can enter until 2am on Thursday. With this pass you will be free to drive in and out of this lot at all other times. If you do not return before the lock down times you will be directed to general day parking and will have to move your car after 1am or be subject to tow. You can only purchase this parking pass in the same order with a festival pass. These overnight vehicle parking passes are not sold alone. This is not a camping lot, it is only for overnight vehicle parking. This means YOU can not camp or tailgate in this lot.

*in ELDORADO 1 Each 50 amp or 30 amp RV MUST have a miminum of 75' cord to supply from each person's RV to the power source

 

* Camping lots open: Thurs 4/26 8am thru Mon 4/30 10am.
Please DO NOT come any earlier. We don’t have the staff to let you in and the local law enforcement won’t let you park on the roads leading into the venue. Please respect the neighbors in this residental neighborhood.

* You will see signs directing you to your specific campground Maps will be posted closer to the festival dates.

* Please note if you want to camp next to friends or relatives you need to travel together as we are unable to reserve campsites. No saving spaces. No exceptions. Arrive together camp next to together.

* For the safety of the entire campsite Slip-N-Slides will not be allowed in camping.

* All RV spots require an RV to be in the spot.  Yes you can put tents and anything else in your spot next to your RV if it fits and it's not against the rules.

* Each RV spot is a 20x50 square foot area. Each Car camping spot is a 10x30 square foot area.

* Each camper must have a festival pass that will be scanned upon entry into the camping perimeter. No pass required for children 10 & under.

* Venue is not responsible for any materials misplaced, lost or stolen. Lock up your valuables.

* No pets allowed. You will be asked to leave if you bring a pet. NO PETS.  None.  no. 

* Feel free to bring your own food and beverages into the camping area, however no open fires, gas, charcoal or any other cooking devices are allowed outside. No outdoor cooking.

* Golf carts, dune buggies, off road motorcycles, segways, horses, etc of any kind will not be allowed on the premises, even in companion parking.

* There are no RV ins/outs regardless if you have a campsite or not. This is for the safety of all campers.

*Power in ELDORADO 1 will be connected to a 30 amp or 50 amp power supply based on purchase choice by customer. In the event that an RV user over loads his/her 30 amp or 50 amp power source and "pops" their breaker, CAT will re-set the breaker one time and supply the RV owner with a warning. If the breaker pops a second time, the RV triggering the issue will be disconnected from the power grid without a refund for the remainder of the event

** ONSITE CAMPING QUESTIONS & ANSWERS **
How do I get camping passes?
All camping passes are only sold through Frontgate Tickets. Each person camping must also purchase a festival pass. You may order online or via phone by calling (888) 512-SHOW.
When / How about Checking into the campground?
The following designated hours are for checking into onsite camping:
* Camping opens 4/26 at 8am and is only open for check in during the following designated hours:
Thu 4/26: 8am - 2am
Fri 4/27: 8am - 9pm
Sat 4/28: 8am - 9pm
Sun 4/29: 8am - 3pm
Monday - Check out by 10am
For the safety of pedestrians, RV's are not permitted to enter after 9pm on show days.  RVs are not permitted to exit Eldorado 1 between the hours of 9pm and 1:00 am Friday - Sunday. Once you exit the RV area you will not be allowed back. There are no RV in/out privileges. .
Can I bring food/beverages/chairs & a cooler into the campground?
Yes, excluding glass bottles. NO GLASS ANYTHING - Mounted Horses & barefoot children at play. NO KNIVES.

Can we/How can we camp next to each other if we are not arriving together?
We're sorry but there are no saving spots for friends. You should travel together and arrive together to be placed near each other.
DELIVERED RV?? I have someone delivering my rv.. I am coming later/the next day. How is that going to work? I am nervous.

Is there tent camping ?
New for 2012, Tent Only camping will now become Car Camping. You will now have the ability to park your car and pitch your tent on a 10'x30' spot. The new Car Camping lot is located much closer to RV Camping and the venue. Please refer to more detailed Car Camping information here.
Where do all the people I am fitting into my RV or CAR camping spot park for the weekend?
You must buy them a companion parking pass or they must ride in your car or rv to the festival.  Those are your only options.
Will there be free bathrooms/showers? Handicap accessible? Private?
Yes, there will free bathrooms and free showers available. Separate M/F trailers (with individual privacy) and there will be handicap accessible facilities for both as well.
Are There Showers? What hours can you use the showers?
Yes will be showers.  We will post the hours of operation as the festival dates get closer.

Will there be food booths or a general store in the camping area?
Yes there will be a store (all items are CASH ONLY).
Selling various sundry items which may include: Advil, Air Mattresses, Aloe Gel, Anacin, Band-Aids, Batteries AA, AAA, C, Benadryl, Bug spray, Chapstick, Cigarettes, Stagecoach festival merch (sweaters, tanks), Condoms, Disposable cameras, Ear plugs, Eye Drops, Ice Bags, Lighters, Lotion, Tent Stakes, Mini/ Small Flashlights, Mini Deodorant, Mini Hand Sanitizer, Mini soap bars, Motrin IB, Mouthwash, Neosporin, Pepto, Rolaids, Sunscreen, Tampons, Rope, Tissue packets, Toothpaste/Toothbrush combo pack, Water, Tylenol, Wet-one Wipes, Tents, tent stakes etc.

Will there be a place for me to buy coffee or get hot water?
There will be a coffee vendor in the food area.
Will there be electrical outlets?
There will be charging stations. We will post the details as the festival gets closer.
Where is the closest ATM?
Each camping area will have ATM(S).
Can I bring my bicycle?
Yes. Find parking/locking area at your own risk.
Can I bring the family to camp?
All campers must be 18 years of age or older or accompanied by a parent. Every camper must have a Festival pass that will be scanned upon entrance to the camping/festival perimeter. Kids 10 & under are free with parent and do not require a pass.
Are generators allowed into the onsite RV camping ?
Only generators that have been factory installed on your RV are permitted.
Where is the nearest Gas Station and/or offsite food place?
There is a gas station about 3.6 miles away, Monroe & hwy 111. Going down Monroe towards 111 there is a drug store even closer. There are several food places up and down hwy 111.
Is that all I need to know?
Some of the information here may be updated as the festival approaches or as situations change. It is advisable to check for updates regularly or at least close to the festival before you head out. Some things do change at the last minute and we are unable to update this.
