The remaining passes will go on sale later in the fall after the line up is announced.  The info on this page is only relevant to the advance sale from July 2016.

The advance sale is the best way to take full advantage of the Payment Plan.

Everyone should review all the 2017 Advance sale information on this page before ordering.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the advance nature of the sale, some of the information on this page may be updated in the future. Additional 2017 festival information will be posted after the line up is announced with the launch of a new website. Please stay tuned for complete updates to be added as festival dates approach.

  • Everyone must have a festival pass to gain access to the festival parking lots and venue

  • Don’t buy passes from a 3rd party/Scalper. We won’t service, authenticate or support passes purchased from a 3rd party or scalper. We do not assist in any 3rd party transactions.

  • GA FESTIVAL PASS $269 Allows entrance into the venue & free day parking lots.  You may wander from stage to stage and experience all the other activities such as the HonkyTonk Dancehall, Half-Pint Hootenanny, delicious BBQ & more. There are various shaded areas with places to sit down and enjoy a meal or rest from roaming around throughout the day. Your wristband is good for all 3 days and void if tampered with or removed.
  • C1 CORRAL RESERVED SEATING $1199 Sit in a reserved “Captains Chair” on track seating with arm rests and cup holders CLICK HERE TO VIEW, get your very own commemorative laminate, a souvenir seat to take home with you after the concert on Sunday, plus all the great perks of a GA Festival pass .  Reserved seating is located in front of the Mane Stage (behind the pit). Also comes with access to the Saloon, a special area adjacent to the Mane Stage featuring shaded areas, picnic tables, couches, extra restrooms, food & beverage vendors and a full cash bar. All children over age 2 would require a Corral seat to access this area. VIEW SEATING CHART
  • C2 CORRAL RESERVED SEATING $899 Allows all the great perks of a GA Festival pass PLUS your very own commemorative laminate and souvenir reserved seat to take home with you after the concert on Sunday.  Reserved seating is located in front of the Mane Stage (behind the pit). Also comes with access to the Saloon, a special area adjacent to the Mane Stage featuring shaded areas, picnic tables, couches, extra restrooms, food & beverage vendors and a full cash bar. All children over age 2 would require a Corral seat to access this area. VIEW SEATING CHART
  • CORRAL STANDING PIT $999 Allows all the same perks as a GA Festival pass PLUS access to the best view, a standing room only section located directly in front of Mane Stage. Also comes with access to the Saloon, a special area adjacent to the Mane Stage featuring shaded areas, picnic tables, couches, extra restrooms, food & beverage vendors and a full cash bar. No chairs, blankets or sitting allowed in the Corral standing room only section. All children over age 2 would require a Corral pit pass to access this area.
  • COMPANION CAMPING PARKING $60 Overnight companion vehicle parking pass for visitors of RV camping party, driving separately from the RV they are staying with. Adjacent to RV Resort. No vehicle entry from 9pm-12am Fri-Sun or vehicle exiting from 10pm-2am. Parking only/NO camping in this lot.  Limit 2 per household order. RV RESORT campers may go on foot in/out from venue to this lot during the festival. Must be wearing an RV RESORT wristband and FESTIVAL PASS to access this lot.
  • RV RESORT $950 50 amp / $850 30 amp / $550 Dry Once again all RV RESORT spots will come with 8 RV RESORT wristbands. Everyone camping also needs to purchase a festival pass.  We are not currently accepting new 2017 RV RESORT purchasers.  Should that change, we will post the info on the 2017 website after the line up is announced. We suggest you explore other lodging options such as OFFSITE CAMPING or HOTELS.
  • HOTEL TRAVEL PACKAGES Include a three (3) night stay for two or four people, your choice of 3-Day Corral Pit, C1 Corral Reserved or General Admission passes to Stagecoach 2017, and Any Line Shuttle transportation all weekend between the hotel and Stagecoach Festival venue. Please visit Valley Music Travel.
  • VIP PARKING $100 Parking lot located on the north side of venue with alternate venue entrance point.
  • ANY LINE SHUTTLE PASS $75 Save a horse, ride a shuttle.  Try a shuttle pass. Get full details at Valley Music Travel.

PAYMENT PLAN INFO

  • Divide your order total into 6 equal payments, July – through December 2016!
  • Billed monthly (on your initial order date) until the balance is paid in full.
  • No interest!
  • You must choose the Payment Plan option at time of purchase
  • You may choose pay in full if you do not wish to use the payment plan.
  • Default on payments will result in cancellation of your order and a $50 a cancellation fee. No Exceptions. It is 100% your responsibility to keep track of your payments. You must pay attention to your bank/credit card statements to make sure your payment went through. You will have a 10-day grace period to pay after the initial charge is attempted. If your payment is not made by the 10th day after that initial charge is run, your order will be cancelled and you will be charged a $50 a cancellation fee.

GETTING YOUR PASSES (SHIPPING / WILL CALL)

  • Details regarding shipping/delivery/will call will be posted on the 2017 version of Stagecoachfestival.com
  • Orders will not be re-shipped / shipped twice under any circumstances.
  • Orders unable to be delivered under any circumstances  (lost/stolen/errors/forgot/dog scared the postman away/aliens/returned to sender)  will be required to be picked up at will call by the original purchaser.
  • No alternate box office/will call pick ups allowed.
  • State/Gov’t issued Photo ID & order confirmation of original purchaser are required for will call pick up.
  • $20 additional for Canada/Mexico shipping.
  • $25 additional for all other International shipping.
  • International customers will have option to choose will call at time of purchase.
  • For international travelers we recommend choosing the WILL CALL option if you intend to travel prior to Feb. 15, 2017.

RV RESORT

ATTENTION 2016 RV RESORT spot purchasers: You were sent sent an email Monday 7/11/16 (the same day we announced this advance sale).  Please refer to it for details & information about your option to purchase an RV RESORT spot for 2017.   The RV RESORT advance sale runs today at noon through Thursday, July 14th at 6:00pm (PDT) (or while supplies last.)

Remember, RV RESORT spots are NON-transferable.  An RV RESORT spot will only be honored if the person who was approved for the spot is present at check in wearing a festival wristband and RV RESORT wristband, and has the proper paperwork corresponding to the type of

RV:
•    OWNER – Proof of Registration, valid I.D, RV Resort Wristband AND Festival Wristband.
•    RENTER – Rental Company Service Agreement. Renter on agreement must be present with Valid ID, RV Resort Wristband AND Festival Wristband.
•    BORROWER- Permission letter from registered owner. Copy of registered owners registration and valid ID. RV spot purchaser must be named on permission slip and be present at on site check in with valid ID, RV Resort Wristband AND Festival Wristband.

We are not currently accepting new 2017 RV RESORT applications at this time.  Should any spots become available we will put up the application/waiting list on our website after the line up is announced. There is no waiting list prior. We strongly suggest exploring other lodging options such as the Hotel packages all sold through Valley Music Travel.  Additionally you could consider one of the many Off Site Camping Options or general hotel searches. – Limit ONE RV space per billing/person/household. Anything over the limit is subject to cancellation without notice.
